1990 Nissan 300zx Turbo Coupe 2-door 3.0l on 2040-cars
Deltona, Florida, United States
I'm the 3rd owner of this prestige condition 1990 Nissan 300zx twin turbo.
This car was purchased 6/14/1999 from deland Nissan in central florida. They are the #1 gtr dealer in the US. This Nissan has been serviced since day 1 at deland Nissan and I have all the paperwork and receipts. Over $32,000 in receipts alone. Motor was replaced on 6/27/3003 with a stillen motor long block. The car had 86,000 miles on it. Motor as of now has roughly 51,000 miles. Motor was replaced at deland Nissan with proof of receipts. That cost $6329.94. On 9/09/2005 car was bumped in a parking lot. The corner panel/right side door. At that time the complete car was reprinted and light damage was fixed at the Recovery Room in central Florida. They are one of the best body shops in central Fl with many locations. The total cost was 6692.41 with proof of receipts. On 3/18/2013 the transmission started slipping. Transmission was removed and completely overhauled for a total of $1498.00 with proof of receipts. If you are looking for a very nice 300zx twin turbo all original except seats were replaced with sport seats but I do have the originals. Driver side seat has a small tear. On a 1-10 I would rate this car a 9 1/2. Ice cold a/c. New tires 6 months ago. With all documents and paperwork in hand. If you have any questions please call me at 386-479-3803 or would like more pics. Clean Fl title in hand. Ready to sell! I am selling this car with NO RESERVE only bid if you have cash in hand. |

Chinese-designed Nissan Lannia Concept debuts in Beijing
Mon, 21 Apr 2014Nissan showed off a stylish new concept car to the assembled crowds of media at the Beijing Motor Show. The Lannia Concept is... well, it's not that easy to describe. It's kind of a sedan, only it looks a bit like a fastback from the rear. But for a twist, it has an ever-so-small rear deck. Regardless of how we'd classify it, it's a seriously sharp piece of styling, thanks to its unique shape and flowing character lines.
If the Lannia's styling appears familiar, it's because we've sort of seen it before. There's more than a little bit of inspiration from the Friend-Me Concept. The Lannia's overall shape is similar to the Friend-Me, while both the front and rear clips look decidedly more production ready. Considering this evolution, we shouldn't rule out a production Lannia in the next few years. And if Nissan's product boss, Andy Palmer is any indication, the new model might not be limited to China.
"It was designed by Chinese, built by Chinese for the Chinese people, and ultimately, for the world," Palmer said in a statement. If Nissan can keep this sharp styling, this could prove a compelling buy in a number of markets.
Nissan had to re-edit this commercial two times to placate Aussie ad watchdog [w/poll]
Fri, 02 Aug 2013Nissan recently aired a commercial in Australia for its Pulsar SSS hatchback - think of it as a five-door relative of our Sentra - in which a couple is seen hastily making their way to the hospital ahead of giving birth. But the ad you can watch now isn't the same ad that aired originally - in fact, Nissan had to re-edit the commercial twice before the Australian Advertising Standards Bureau (ASB) would accept it.
According to Go Auto, the original ad received complaints that it depicted unsafe and reckless driving, including speeding, following cars too closely and screeching to a halt upon arriving at the hospital. One of the complaints reportedly read: "The advertisement promotes driving behavior (rapid acceleration/deceleration/changes of direction) that is counter to sound medical advice regarding the carriage of heavily pregnant women in motor vehicles."
In the first edit, Nissan lowered the vehicle's engine noise, removed the woman's speech urging the man to drive faster ("Go, go, go!") and inserted a disclaimer that read "Filmed under controlled conditions," according to Go Auto, but all of that still wasn't enough to appease the ASB.
Corvette Z06. Nissan GT-R Nismo. Motor Trend Head 2 Head. 'Nuff said.
Wed, Feb 11 2015Here is a video we've been waiting for, one that will get broadband fiber optic cables glowing like Hooker headers on a dyno. For Episode 62 of Head 2 Head, Motor Trend throws the 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 into the bear pit with the latest Nissan GT-R Nismo. What comes out of that is seventeen minutes of don't-look-away video. We're only going to give you the specs. The 3,527-pound Z06 gets on with a supercharged 6.2-liter V8 with 650 horsepower and 600 pound-feet of torque, applied to the wheels via a seven-speed manual transmission. With the Z07 performance package appended it has a front splitter and winglets, and a three-section rear spoiler among its aero aids. The tested model also wore carbon ceramic brakes, which helped push its $89,985 MSRP out to $105,210. The 3,881-pound GT-R Nismo plays the underdog – again – with a 3.8-liter twin-turbo V6 spitting out 600 hp and 481 lb-ft, yoked to a six-speed dual-clutch transmission. The GT-R left its 'performance bargain' days behind years ago, and this top-shelf version starts at $151,585 but has almost everything it can get, so the as-tested price was only a skosh more at $151,880. We're not going to tell you any more than that. Click on the video and let Carlos Lago and his two mean minions tell you a story you won't soon forget.
