For sale, is one of the nicest examples of a properly restored, tastefully modified Twin Turbo, 5-speed, 300zx you will ever find. Details Below:

1990, Nissan Z32 / 300zx Twin Turbo , 2-seater , 5-speed, Left hand drive, Restored approximately 4 years ago. It is safe to say this car is 'done', and you can literally own and drive this car every day if you so desired. My goal was to build a well rounded vehicle, that could go to the 1/4 mile Friday night, and do a track day or autocross on Saturday. This is built as solidly as any example you will find. It is reliable and made to be driven.

Notable Achievements:

- Appraised at $30,000 By Jim Winter - Professional appraisal, Former auto museum curator, and Concours Judge... I have all appraisal documents. More money in parts alone

- Voted two consecutive years in a row (Top votes for 2014) - twinturbo.net annual calendar. -Touted as the number one recognized site for Z32 300zx information

- Two time attendance, and winner in it's class. All Nissan meet (DNBC)

- Full documentation of build, pictures, build threads. Body is arrow straight. No corners cut.

Ramey-Z heavy duty idler studs, etc. Wastegates Balanced. Everything has been gone through thoroughly, and correctly.

Custom '99-spec style xenon headlights, stillen side skirts. Custom Aluminum front lip & Undertray. Fog light housing ducts. Paint wet sanded and cut polished to mirror shine.

As the car is 24 Years old, and driven there are a few very minor discrepancies to note:

Listing this ad, I can tell you (among with other enthusiasts), that this is one of the nicest examples of a tastefully modified Nissan Z32 in North America. You can even look it up on twinturbo.net.

Lastly, I have nothing to hide, I want to sell this great car to someone else that will enjoy, take care of, and drive it! Needing to buy some real estate, and no time to drive the car anymore forces sale.

Keep in mind:

- I reserve the right to end the auction at any time to sell the vehicle

Kaz and Shiro talk Gran Turismo 7 details, Titan Nismo and more in AMA

Tue, 01 Jul 2014

One of the greatest innovations to come about thanks to the gigantic popularity of Reddit is the Ask Me Anything (AMA) question and answer format. The AMA becomes especially worthwhile, of course, when the person(s) answering the questions have detailed information or insight on products we love.
So, in the case of the recent AMA session with Gran Turismo creator and mastermind Kazunori Yamauchi (above), and his buddy and Nissan chief designer Shiro Nakamura (right), it was basically must-read stuff.
The pair really lived up to our expectations, too, with Kaz offering a lot of useful information about the future of the Gran Turismo franchise (especially the upcoming GT7 for Playstation 4), and Shiro promising to bring some interesting new ideas back to his colleagues at Nissan.

He was also president and CEO of Chrysler de Mexico.
Nissan issued a press released - posted below - in which it says that Diaz's newly formed position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the brand in the US, including such facets as sales, marketing, parts and service, along with administrative matters. In addition, he will lead Nissan's light commercial vehicle and fleet division, likely a key attraction with his Ram background.
Chrysler has yet to name a replacement for Diaz.

Autoblog's Editors' Picks: Our complete list of the best new vehicles

Mon, May 13 2024

It's not easy to earn an “EditorsÂ’ Picks” at Autoblog as part of the rating and review process that every new vehicle goes through. Our editors have been at it a long time, which means weÂ’ve driven and reviewed virtually every new car you can go buy on the dealer lot. There are disagreements, of course, and all vehicles have their strengths and weaknesses, but this list features what we think are the best new vehicles chosen by Autoblog editors. We started this formal review process back in 2018, so there's quite of few of them now. So what does it mean to be an EditorsÂ’ Pick? In short, it means itÂ’s a car that we can highly recommend purchasing. There may be one, multiple, or even zero vehicles in any given segment that we give the green light to. What really matters is that itÂ’s a vehicle that weÂ’d tell a friend or family member to go buy if theyÂ’re considering it, because itÂ’s a very good car. The best way to use this list is is with the navigation links below. Click on a segment, and you'll quickly arrive at the top rated pickup truck or SUV, for example. Use the back button to return to these links and search in another segment, like sedans. If youÂ’ve been keeping up with our monthly series of the latest vehicles to earn EditorsÂ’ Pick status, youÂ’re likely going to be familiar with this list already. If not, welcome to the complete list that weÂ’ll be keeping updated as vehicles enter (and others perhaps exit) the good graces of our editorial team. We rate a new car — giving it a numerical score out of 10 — every time thereÂ’s a significant refresh or if it happens to be an all-new model. Any given vehicle may be impressive on a first drive, but we wait until itÂ’s in the hands of our editors to put it through the same type of testing as every other vehicle that rolls through our test fleet before giving it the EditorsÂ’ Pick badge. This ensures consistency and allows more voices to be heard on each individual model. And just so you donÂ’t think weÂ’ve skipped trims or variants of a model, we hand out the EditorsÂ’ Pick based on the overarching model to keep things consistent. So, when you read that the 3 Series is an EditorsÂ’ Pick, yes, that includes the 330i to the M3 and all the variants in between. If thereÂ’s a particular version of that car we vehemently disagree with, we make sure to call that out.
