This thing is cool.  its a1996 Mitsubishi mini truck with a clean title.  That's pretty Rare to have a title.  It is street legal I drove it on the highway at 75 mph no problems at all.  it has all the features a regular truck has. It is push button 4 wheel drive auto locking hubs.  EVERYTHING on this truck works.  The bed is huge!  6 and a half foot long and over 5 foot wide all open space no wheel wells.  The sides even fold down to make a flat bed.  The vehicle drives straight down the road no shaking alignment is great.  it is a manual 5 speed.  I get 50 MPG!!  I drove it daily in Arizona I had it shipped to Illinois last year where I currently live.  The police lights work great.  The sirens are VERY LOUD!  all works as should.  It gas a external speaker so you can talk inside the truck into a mic and here it very loud outside the truck.  Just like cop cars.  It also has a rotating spot light which is remotely controlled ffrom the inside of the cab. VERY bright!.  It has a  scanner with about 20 modes to include NOAH weather radio.  The paint is a 9 out of 10 has a few scratches no rust at all.  It gas always smoked a little does NOT affect performace at all.  Did I mention it is a right hand drive VERY COOL interior is in great shape!!  This thing is street legal and has always turned heads.  The 4x4 is high and low works great and is touch button no hubs to lock in  !!  The only reason I am selling it is because the kids cant drive a stick shift.  They want a gas golf cart instead.  This is a TRUE Japan Mitsubishi right habd drive directly from Japan!.  I will assist in shipping, I had it shipped before with no problems.  Its pretty cheap.  I will list just a few of the features below.  Feel free to ask me questions and send me offers!

High low beams, blinkers, horn, seat belts, low oil warning light, seat belt warning light, radio, HEAT, defrost, dual mirrors, rear view mirror, working ACC outlet.  Great tires, fold down bed all the way around, horns, sirens, light, scanner, spot light. noah radio,  it has everything a vehicle has except AC.  EVERYTHING WORKS!!!

Even Consumer Reports is savaging the Mitsubishi Mirage

Tue, 24 Jun 2014

When we reviewed the 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage a few months ago, we absolutely hated it. Our conclusion was that if you needed a car in this segment to either pay a few hundred dollars more for a Chevy Spark or spend less for an entry-level Nissan Versa. Basically, avoid this Mitsubishi at all costs. It turns out that we weren't the only ones who despised it. Consumer Reports can often find something positive about just about any vehicle, but even the usually gentle publication struggles to find compliments when it comes to the Mirage.
It's most serious gripe concerns the model's handling. CR describes the way that the Mirage wallows around turns with tons of body lean even at low speeds as "scary." A little car with a curb weight of 2,051 pounds just shouldn't corner this poorly.
While Consumer Reports definitely has no love when it comes to the 2014 Mirage, finding something to dislike about practically every aspect of the vehicle from its powertrain to the interior, the reviewers do end up digging out one positive aspect. You'll have to scroll down and watch the video to find out what it is.

Mitsubishi developing new standalone hybrid Evo successor

Mon, 16 Dec 2013

Mention the name Mitsubishi to different people and you'll likely get two startling different images. Environmentalists will focus on the company's strides in developing EVs, while performance enthusiasts will point you toward the Lancer Evolution. The prevailing wisdom was that Mitsubishi would cancel the latter to concentrate on the former, but the latest intel suggests that the two will be reconciled with a new Evo around the corner.
Although Mitsubishi is reportedly working to streamline its lineup from 23 models on 12 different platforms to 13 models on 7 by 2016, the next Evo will stand as an exception. Like Subaru did with the formerly Impreza-based WRX (or for that matter Nissan with the formerly Skyline-based GT-R), the new Evo won't have anything to do with the next Lancer, which itself will be based on a Renault-Nissan platform.
On that unique platform, Mitsubishi is likely to install a small direct-injection turbo engine (potentially a diesel) that could be based on the 1.1-liter, three-cylinder turbo engine in the XR-PHEV concept we saw in Tokyo, supplemented by small electric motors with lightweight batteries and driving all four wheels through an enhanced version of the company's Super All-Wheel Control system. As to whether the Evo name will carry over, that remains to be seen, but if these reports prove accurate, its spirit could very much live on.

Mitsubishi hopes to raise $2.5B with stock sale

Wed, 22 Jan 2014

Mitsubishi, which dates all the way back to 1870, is one of the oldest business collectives in Japan. Today, the various businesses that share the Mitsubishi name are largely independent of each other. The automotive unit, however, has fallen on hard times over the past few years.
Back in 2004 and 2005, Mitsubishi Motors sold billions of preferred shares to sister companies like Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Mitsubishi Corp. Now the automaker is preparing to buy back those shares, only to raise the capital, it's selling $2.5 billion worth of shares, simultaneously paying stock dividends for the first time in over 16 years.
The stock issue will reportedly include as many as 241 million shares at a value of $10.73 each. The move is part of a long-term reorganization being implemented by the automaker's president Osamu Masuko, and is expected to help the company double its net income and eliminate all outstanding preferred shares by the end of the fiscal year closing in March.
