I put brand new brakes on all the way around and 2 new rotors on passenger side with new wheel hub axles in the back. It is a great car and I drive it everyday and would not be selling it if there was anything wrong with it in that way. The car is perfectly sound and has a great street look to it and it sounds amazing. I insist that you come and check it out and give it a test drive. I am asking for 3999.99 for it but I am willing to go down if you want to come and get it rather than meeting. I tried to mention everything that someone might ask so there is little questioning. I will love to answer any questions you have over the phone or text. I work everyday 8-4 so that is best to text me at those hours any other times is good for calling or texting. Serious buyers only please. I have so many people contact me about the car and say its so nice and are interested then just stop communication. Now the Bad.. Kidding its little things pretty much just cause of old age. The driver side window does not go up easy it just needs a new regulator. Easy Fix! The shifter since it aftermarket isn't screwed on so its just wobbly but everything works great! The worst thing is the radiator has a small hairline crack at the top. I am going to get it looked at soon so I will keep you guys posted. The car doesn't overheat or anything unless you like floor it and shoot the antifreeze to the top of it. A new radiator is 60$ on Ebay and if you know how to do it yourself that's a real easy fix. I am not selling this car to screw anyone over I have had that happen to myself to many times in the past and would not want to put that on anyone else. I mentioned everything I can possibly think about that someone would ask good and bad. I drive the car everyday and have since I got it and it is the most reliable car I have had. I keep everything up to par and the only thing ever to go bad was this little radiator problem. Contact Info: 814-720-3489 |

NuTonomy shows that people quickly relax in autonomous cars
Thu, Oct 6 2016For six weeks, nuTonomy has had a fleet of self-driving taxis on the streets of Singapore, and it seems the experiment is already yielding useful information based on rider surveys. CEO Dr. Karl Iagnemma revealed at UPSHIFT 2016 that despite most first-time riders initially being nervous about stepping into a self-driving vehicle, the anxiety quickly fades. In fact, after a minute or two in the car, riders will relax into near boredom. Customers who ride along in either a fully autonomous Renault Zoe or a Mitsuibshi i-MiEV have been providing valuable feedback to engineers pre- and post-ride. The research and data obtained from their self-driving taxi service and the riders who use it is already being integrated into their future, Level 4 autonomous products. The Cambridge, MA, based company has also found that riders are attributing human-like characteristics to the vehicles. It seems that riders prefer when the machines don't behave like machines but more like people. NuTonomoy is tailoring their future vehicles to be less trolly-like. Iagnemma revealed that the company is in talks with other global cities to bring their autonomous products to the roads. Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV's US debut pushed back yet again [UPDATE]
Wed, Dec 30 2015UPDATE: The story's been updated to include a response from Mitsubishi. Better late than never, the saying goes, and when it comes to the US debut of the Mitsubishi Outlander Plug-in Hybrid, the key words are "better" and "late." The crossover's debut in the US has already been the subject of a number of delays, and it is will once again having its stateside debut pushed back by a few months, according to Green Car Reports. Instead of a springtime arrival, we're now looking at late summer. We already know that the first US Outlander is an updated model compared to the one currently sold in Europe and Japan, but the Japanese automaker is apparently still tweaking the model to make it better suited for US driving. That means an improved interior and better sound insulation for what will be the 2017 model-year Outlander PHEV, and will likely involve better performance for both drivetrain power and fuel efficiency. "We decided to bring in the Outlander PHEV along with the 2017 Outlander launch," Mitsubishi spokesman Alex Fedorak wrote in an e-mail to Autoblog. "Doing so will allow us to better equip the vehicle for the US market." We doubt major changes are in store, so it still looks like the plug-in Outlander will pair a 2.0-liter gas engine with two electric motors. The crossover PHEV can go about 32 miles on electricity alone, at least, it can on the more lenient European driving cycle. The Outlander PHEV was first slated for a 2014 US debut, but that was pushed back to 2015 because of a battery shortage. More recently, Mitsubishi said this past January that the US debut would take place in April 2016. Overseas, the model continues to make headway when it comes to global market share of plug-in vehicles. Through November, Mitsubishi moved more than 36,000 units of the Outlander Plug-in Hybrid worldwide. That puts it third among plug-in vehicles, trailing only the sales of the Tesla Model S and the Nissan Leaf electric vehicles, according to EV Sales. Mitsubishi reportedly plans to spend billions to get back in the game
Tue, Oct 17 2017Japanese automaker Mitsubishi Motors reportedly plans to inject more than 600 billion yen ($5.35 billion) in capital spending and research and development over the next three years through fiscal 2019 in a bid to turn around its business after recent scandals. The Nikkei newspaper said the new plan calls for spending 5 percent of annual sales on equipment and the same proportion on R&D. Funds will be used by the company for the development of electrified vehicles such as the new e-Evolution concept and for production in China and Indonesia. Mitsubishi Motors will release the specifics of the new medium-term plan on Wednesday, the business daily said.
