2012 Mini Cooper John Cooper Works Pkg 24,000 Miles Beautiful Cond Mini Connect on 2040-cars
Dunedin, Florida, United States
This Mini Cooper S with John Cooper Works Package is as fully loaded as you can get! I purchased this Mini from a private owner about 4 months ago and spent a few thousand dollars tweaking it to be exactly as I liked (new headliner, painted mirrors and brake ducts, etc.) and it was meant to be my second car for weekend fun…I am now moving and it is not going to be ideal to have 2 vehicles. Since buying this car I drove it only around town and to Orlando from Tampa a few times…very little use!
This Mini has a clean car fax, is accident free, and comes from an adult driven smoke free and pet free home. There are no funky smells, no rips, holes, or stains in any of the seats, etc. I am very happy to discuss the car with you at any time and answer any questions you may have at (727) 808-8738. I am a private seller and not a dealer, this car is titled and registered in my name and currently has a small balance on the loan through Navy Federal Credit Union. I am pricing this car where I plan to sell it. $24,500. I am not going to haggle or negotiate so this will make it very easy for both of us. I am losing a few thousand dollars at this price but ready to let it go. Again, I understand you may think my price is too high or that I might take a little less…Please just move onto the next Mini and do not make me an offer. Thanks for understanding. There is a factory warranty remaining on this Mini up to 50,000 miles which will also include all maintenance for the car. As the car sits right now you do not need even an oil change or to wash it or wax it, everything is 100%! Mark @ (727) 808-8738 After using "Buy It Now" I require a $500 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours to my PayPal account. The balance to be paid when you take delivery. I will not ship this car for you but I will assist in every way I can to help get the car to you if you need to have it shipped! Call me and we will figure it out. Thanks for looking and have a great day! |

Mini JCW Paceman vs. BMW M135i in family faceoff
Mon, 15 Apr 2013Over the last year, we've had the chance to drive two of the most exciting hatchbacks in the BMW family - the BMW M135i and the Mini Paceman John Cooper Works - but Autocar has managed to get the two corporate cousins together for a head-to-head comparison. Just like our initial impressions of the Paceman JCW, Autocar has little to complain about this new 215-horsepower hatchback... until it begins to factor in the faster, better-mannered and similarly priced M135i.
Despite laying down an extra 100 hp and delivering a 0-60 time that is almost two seconds quicker, the M135i carries the same price tag of 29,535 pounds in the UK; US pricing for the Paceman starts at $36,200, while it still isn't even clear if the US will be getting the M135i. Even more surprising is the fact that the Paceman falls short of the M135i in regards to rear seat and cargo volume, and just barely squeaks out a win in the fuel economy department. Scroll down to watch the BMW versus Mini hot hatch battle.
2020 Mini Cooper SE electric hatchback pricing, availability announced
Mon, Oct 28 2019The 2020 Mini Cooper SE electric hatchback now has a price and an on-sale date for America. The retail price including destination charge is $30,750 before any tax credits are applied. Seeing as other BMW electric cars still qualify for the full $7,500 federal tax credit, the Cooper SE should be available across the country for $23,250, and Mini says buyers in some states with additional incentives should be able to get one for under $20,000. It will be available in March 2020, and Mini said it will be offered across the country, implying that it may not be restricted to specific states like some other EV offerings. For comparison, a similarly potent gas-powered Mini Cooper S starts at $29,100, and a regular Mini Hardtop starts at $25,100. The Mini Cooper SE doesn't have a range estimate for the United States yet, but European estimates put it at 146 to 168 miles. We expect Mini's latest EV to have a shorter EPA-estimated range than the 150-mile, 40-kWh Nissan Leaf, which starts at $30,885 before incentives, and $23,385 after the $7,500 federal tax credit. The Leaf has more rear seat and cargo space plus more torque at 236 pound-feet, but the Mini has more power than the 147-horse Leaf. Whatever price you pay for your Mini Cooper SE, you'll get an electric motor that sends 181 horsepower and 199 pound-feet of torque to the front wheels. Mini says that will propel the car to 60 mph in 6.9 seconds on its way to a 93-mph top speed. The car's 32.6-kWh battery can fully charge in 4 hours on a Level 2 AC charger, and it can reach 80% charge in 35 minutes with a DC fast charger. Outside, the electric Mini has a unique blocked-off grille and standard 16-inch wheels. Inside, the SE gets a standard 6.5-inch infotainment screen with navigation and Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth connectivity, a leather steering wheel, leatherette upholstery, cruise control, heated front seats, automatic climate control, automatic windshield wipers and automatic emergency braking.
Mini previews an electric crossover to be revealed soon
Tue, Jun 14 2022In a dense press release about its upcoming design language (called "Charismatic Simplicity"), Mini provided an odd-looking but somewhat useful teaser of a new electric crossover SUV. It didn't name it, and all it said specifically about it was that it's "the concept study of a – fully electrically powered – crossover model for the premium small-car segment." That fits the description of one of two new crossovers that will be sold alongside the next-generation Countryman. The photo provides a silhouette of the crossover from the front three-quarter perspective, as well as the uncovered front fender of the same vehicle in the corner. It does have the familiar boxy Mini shape, and it seems to have some sort of roof platform fitted. The mirrors look like little rounded rectangles, which matches what we've seen in spy photos of the Countryman. That exposed fender seems to reveal the most about the crossover. The flares have a sort of trapezoidal shape, which is continued into the sheetmetal. The actual wheel openings are a little more rounded. The crisper angles also show up in the way the headlight fits to the fender. While the press release that accompanied this teaser is full of fluffy language, there are some more specific and helpful details about what we will see in this model and other new Minis. On the outside, the Union Jack taillights will remain a key feature. Inside, Mini is focusing on more sustainable materials, so it's dropping real leather and aiming to eliminate as much chrome as possible. It will also feature a circular display in the middle for infotainment, though some physical switch gear will remain. This crossover will be revealed next month. It will also showcase the new platform that Mini designed with electric powertrains in mind, unlike the current Mini Cooper SE Hardtop, which adapts a battery and motor to fit an older internal combustion car.
