Paint is very nice ( color is awesome,everyone loves this mini !) )some normal road chips front hood area ( see pics). Great interior (better than pics i think ) small tear drivers door panel bottem (It was like that from the factory! see pic).Very small dime size dent from shopping cart ( i think)passenger door near mirror(see pic). Some wear to front wiper panels ( these are just cover panels,they just lift off when you remove the wipers )see pics) front sunroof bug screening loose on both sides (We dont use it ,it just slides back under rear screen. Not part of actual sunroof,sunroof works perfect). Tires are general gmax 205/50 zr 16 ,with black painted rims.They have around 35,000 miles on them,two front show more tread wear. I am adjusting the price ( low researve) for the buyer to get tires of his/her choice. Low reserve ! Need to sell to get a bigger car, Ill let this go for a great price but dont want to give it away to a dealer ! pictures tell the story ,this mini is awesome , the buyer of this beauty will be very pleased. Electric Federal has taken a fresh look back at the enduring legacy of original Mini with a video interview with Heritage Garage's Graham Reid, one of the foremost experts on classic Minis. As Electric Federal points out, it's important to remember that the Mini did not start out as a performance car. It was built in response to the Suez Canal crisis of the mid-50s, which had a similar effect on British gas prices as OPEC did on American prices in the 1970s - rationing and rapid price jumps.
Through the years, Minis have grown from their budget roots to become seriously competent performance machines. As Reid says, a 150-horsepower Mini on the right track should have no problem outpacing a contemporary Porsche 911.
For some time now, classic Mini owners have been dropping Honda engines under the tiny hoods of their classics. With up to 250 horsepower pulling a car that tips the scales at barely 1,200 pounds, the upgraded Mini is "a real sleeper," Reid says. Interestingly, Reid doesn't mention another increasingly common swap in the Mini community - Suzuki Hayabusa-powered Coopers.

Mini Clubvan axed after just 50 sales

Well, that didn't last long. According to Green Car Reports, Mini has discontinued the Clubvan from its model range in the United States.
Nathalie Bauters, Mini's US communications manager, cited "relatively low demand and the effect of an excessive 25-percent tax on vehicles for commercial use (known as 'the Chicken Tax')" as the key reasons for axing the Clubman from our market, GCR reports. The 2013 Clubvan launched in the US earlier this year, and to date roughly 50 examples have been sold.
The Clubvan, based on the Clubman model, features a flat load floor behind the two front seats, with blacked-out (well, body-colored) side windows. This nifty little cargo wagon could carry up to 33 cubic feet of goods, which while useful, pales in comparison to more capacious offerings like the Ford Transit Connect van.
