We reserves the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion, or end the auction early if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.

1.        Auction Terms - Your bid constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase this vehicle. Please do not bid if you're not seriously interested or financially able to purchase this vehicle. Please read Ebay User Agreement. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding. Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end.  Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

2.        Payment - Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of Auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.

6.        Additional Fees - Document and Admin Fee: $249, NJ Residents Pay 7% Sales Tax. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

7.        Shipping - All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. We can help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure. We can also provide a temporary plate at an additional fee.
