Payment Method
Cash (In Person), certified bank check, bank to bank transfer, personal check (must clear), or loan check. Please have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Feel free to call with any questions.

Payment
The winning bidder agrees to pay the total amount of the sale within 3 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before the winning bidder takes delivery of the vehicle.
Additional Fees and Taxes
A $299 dealer service fee will apply to all vehicles sold. Out of state buyers will be responsible for all state, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state the vehicle will be registered.
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. If you plan on having the vehicle shipped, please make sure you have a shipping company arranged prior to auction end. All financial transactions must be completed before the vehicle can be shipped.
Vehicle Inspection
All of our vehicles are inspected by ASE Certified technicians before they are put up for sale. We have made every effort to accurately describe this vehicle to you. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings based on their year and mechanical parts may fail. Broadway Automotive welcomes a buyer's inspection. If you wish to have the vehicle inspected, please make sure it is arranged before the auction end. The bidder is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Notice to Bidders

Bid Retractions
Bid retractions are not allowed and will not be recognized within 12 hours of the auction end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.
Negative Feedback Bidders
We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders.
Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted after the auction closes or he/she must contact Broadway Automotive within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.
Non-Paying Bidder
If payment is not received within 3 business days following the close of the auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.

Maybach officially discontinues all models for 2013
Tue, 14 Aug 2012The word "Maybach" has joined the long list of synonyms for the word "kaput." Mercedes-Benz released the price list for the 2013 models of its super-luxury sedans, with the price column simply stating "Discontinued" for each one of them.
The 2012 models, should there be any left for 11th-hour buyers, maintain the increased MSRPs that Daimler slapped on them late last year after it was known the brand would be terminated next year. But you might still be able to wrangle that $100,000 rebate if you ask nicely, or in Russian, or have Rick Ross ask for you.
It shouldn't be too long before we see the ultimate version of the next generation S-Class, the S600 Pullman, that will replace Maybach. Intriguingly, it's said the Pullman will be offered with every S-Class engine, even the four-cylinder diesel.
