2011 Mercedes AMG CL-63
Offered for sale is a Mercedes AMG CL63 purchased less than a year ago in excellent condition. With just under 26,000 miles, this 2011 was garage kept by a Non Smoker and rarely driven as my 2nd car. I am purchasing a 2014 S550 but will be sorry to see this one go. As with most all AMG's, this car is loaded with all the common features including all power and the COMMAND center. Mercedes offers a premium upgrade to select vehicles. This option is called DESIGNO and this car has a beautiful Designo Sand Leather interior with Piano Black Trim. Added with the optional Alcantara headliner, this car pops when you open the door. Additionally it has KEYLESS-GO, NIGHT VISION, NAV, AMG Illuminated Door Sills, Harmon Kardon Logic-7 15 Speaker 600 Watt Stereo w/ DVD Changer and iPod interface / Satellite Radio by Sirius/XM, 20" Twin Spoke Forged Wheels with excellent mileage remaining, Heated and Cooled MASSAGE Seating for driver and front passenger, and SUNROOF. Under the hood, this CL sports a Bi-Turbo V8 rated at 536 hp and almost 600 ft pounds of torque. Couple that with the aggressive factory AMG sport exhaust and Paddle shifting, this car is simply awesome to drive. I also have a Corvette ZR1 w/638 hp so I'm used to serious horse power but this car offers up extreme luxury AND incredible performance. Putting your foot into this car will pin you back in the seat with no problem with top speed limited at 155mph. The night-vision camera now can detect and highlight pedestrians, and the latest version of Mercedes’ Active Body Control suspension system, as well as Direct Steer, which offers variable steering ratios and effort comes standard. Additionally this car is equipped with Torque Vectoring Brakes which slows the inside rear wheel in turns to mitigate understeer; and crosswind stabilization, which adjusts the suspension loading to counteract the effect of strong winds. The Germans have definitely done a great job of matching beauty and a beast. Your getting a car that originally cost $166,000.00 for about half price! I encourage you to look up all the specs of this amazing car. The only modifications done to this car are: the application of $ 1,200 XPEL Ultimate Clear Bra on the front nose and partial hood to protect against rock chips, and the installation of a power wire for either a Valentine One or PassPort 9500i Radar detector ( not included ). Mansory G63 AMG Sahara Edition substitutes performance for taste
Wed, Mar 4 2015We aren't sure if it's an unwritten rule or not, but it seems like European tuners are wholly incapable of building cars whose aesthetics don't offend people blessed with the gift of sight. Take Mansory, for example. The Swiss tuner has turned its hand to the Mercedes-Benz G-Class, a vehicle that on it's own is not exactly a visual stunner. Functional sure, but not exactly beautiful. But with Mansory wielding the design pen, the result is, well, yeah. It's not great. This is the Mansory G63 AMG Sahara Edition, and surprisingly, its camouflaged paint scheme is one of its least obnoxious qualities. But its grille, headlights, hood scoop, roof-mounted lights and rear spoiler just don't do this Mercedes any favors. And for some reason, the tuning firm has decided to put two different styles of 22-inch alloys. The driver's side isn't horrible, although we can't say the same about passenger-side hoops. The interior treatment is nothing compared to the cabin, though. Falcons. There are falcons in the headrests. No, we don't know why either. The avian theme isn't limited to the headrests, though, as Mansory has added wings to the seats, dash and door panels, all the while continuing on with camouflage color scheme on certain interior surfaces. Of course, if you can live with the design decisions, you'll be getting a ludicrously potent G-Wagen. Mansory has boosted the 5.5-liter, biturbocharged V8 to 828 horsepower while it's actually been limited to 737 pound-feet of torque. We aren't sure what the addition of 292 hp and 177 lb-ft of torque does to the G63's run to 60, although we're betting the Mansory version is a lot quick than the 5.3-second stock time. Check out our live gallery of the G63 AMG Sahara Edition, from the floor of the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. Related Video:

Lewis Hamilton wins Spanish Grand Prix, takes 17-point lead over Vettel
Sun, May 13 2018BARCELONA, SPAIN – Lewis Hamilton won the Spanish Grand Prix in a commanding Mercedes one-two on Sunday to stretch his Formula One lead over Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel, who finished fourth, to 17 points. The victory, in a race that stayed dry despite the threat of rain, was the Briton's second of the season, 64th of his career and third at the Circuit de Catalunya. It also set a record, one that Hamilton had previously shared with seven times champion Michael Schumacher, of 41 wins from pole position. "This is more like it, let's keep this up," Hamilton told his celebrating team over the radio as he swept past the checkered flag. "Today the car and myself, I felt that synergy which I hadn't been feeling for the whole year," he added in a pre-podium interview after parking up in pit lane. "It's a good feeling." Hamilton's win followed on from the lucky victory that fell into his lap in Azerbaijan two weekends ago, but Sunday had nothing to do with chance and all to do with the champions being back to their best. He now has 95 points to Vettel's 78 after five rounds of the 21-race championship. Mercedes regained the lead in the constructors' standings and are now 27 points clear of Ferrari who had 2007 world champion Kimi Raikkonen retire from the race. Finland's Valtteri Bottas was second, a hefty 20.5 seconds behind, with Dutch 20-year-old Max Verstappen completing the podium for Red Bull – his first of an incident-filled season. Australian Daniel Ricciardo was fifth for Red Bull, ahead of Denmark's Kevin Magnussen for Haas and Spaniards Carlos Sainz (Renault) and Fernando Alonso (eighth for McLaren). Sainz's points lifted Renault ahead of McLaren and into fourth place by a single point. Mexican Sergio Perez was ninth for Force India and Monegasque rookie Charles Leclerc took the final point for Sauber. While Hamilton pulled away cleanly at the start, and Vettel passed Bottas into the first corner for second place, there was carnage behind as Romain Grosjean spun his Haas in a cloud of smoke. The Frenchman then collected the Renault of Nico Hulkenberg and Pierre Gasly's Toro Rosso in a major smash, fortunately without injury, that brought out the safety car for the first six laps. Stewards gave him two penalty points and imposed a three-place grid drop for the next race in Monaco.
