Up for sale is a beautiful 2007 Mercedes-Benz C280 4-matic in a desirable pewter silver (car is actually more grey in person, camera makes it look gold here) with black leather interior. Absolutely no accidents, floods, or rust. Clean title and one of the cleanest C280s for sale. All books and maintenance records with 2 keys. I am selling the vehicle because I am moving out of state for a new job. I am the 2nd owner and purchased it as a certified pre-owned from an authorized MB Dealership. It has also had all maintenance performed at an authorized MB dealer, with the last major service done in December in 2012. Recently passed Texas state inspection in December and balance of 36 month free replacement battery warranty (approx 2 years remain). New cabin airf filter last month. This 4-matic vehicle has a unique all wheel drive system that allows a computer to send more power to an individual wheel or wheels that have the most grip. This is a must for snow and a great feature for rain or driving off road. Power locks, power windows, 10 way power seats (with 3 stage heating) for driver and passenger, 4 way power steering wheel with radio controls and easy exit feature. Tilt and sliding sunroof. 6 disc CD changer in the glove compartment, as well as an MP3-CD up front in the radio. Pre-wired for bluetooth cell phone connectivity. It also has an aux input cable for connection to any MP3, or other media player that has a standard headphone jack. Electric rear window sunshade is a must for the warm summer months. Auto dimming rear view mirror as well as auto dimming driver's side mirror. Automatic rain sensing windshield wipers. Dealer inspection stated brakes had "good life" remaining, meaning approx %50 of wear, all tires are the same brand and match, tread wear is different since one did suffer a nail to the side wall and is brand new. 2 have %75 treadwear and the remaining is at approx %50. The car is virtually flawless in the interior with normal wear and tear on the hood from a few rock chips etc... As you will see from the carfax report the car is extremely clean. The buyer is responsible for shipping and I have the listing of a great shipping company I personally have used in the past. If you have any questions or would like a specific photo of a particular angle or view of the car, please let me know.
*Non-Smoking*

Best Large SUVs of 2024
Tue, Dec 19 2023When it comes down to large SUVs, there's more to consider than price and just how large it is. First, it comes down to what's underneath the skin. Some are built on a truck-like body-on-frame chassis — this would be the traditional, literal definition of an "SUV." Others use car-like, unibody construction, which would make them a crossover. What really matters, though, is how you use them. For most American families, a large three-row crossover is going to be your best bet. They have loads of passenger and cargo space, and deliver superior fuel economy, handling and ride quality than those big traditional SUVs. They're cheaper, too. On the other hand, those traditional large SUVs like the Chevy Tahoe and Ford Expedition are better-suited for more heavy-duty tasks like towing. Most now have bigger third rows than big crossovers, while extended-length versions like the Chevy Suburban have way more cargo capacity behind their third rows than everything but an airport shuttle. As for luxury large SUVs, they fall into those same two categories as well, with American choices mostly being truck-based. The pros and cons of choosing one over another are similar. Below, you will find our list of the best large SUVs broken down into three categories: large family crossover, large traditional SUV and large luxury SUVs, which comprise both construction types. Best Large Family Crossovers | Best Large Traditional SUVs | Best Large Luxury SUVs Best Large Family Crossovers 2024 Honda Pilot Why it stands out: Exceptional storage and cargo space; unique second-row functionality; refined ride; versatile and capable TrailSport; advanced AWDCould be better: Subpar acceleration with lackadaisical transmission and engine response; so-so driver assistance tech Read our full 2024 Honda Pilot Review The Honda Pilot was completely redesigned for 2023. It maintains its predecessor's family-friendly packaging and overall focus, but it has injected a welcome sense of style (especially in the TrailSport pictured above) that makes it stand out much better from the big crossover crowd. The Pilot's restrained adornment and classic proportions are refreshing compared to the increasingly busy Kia Telluride, Hyundai Palisade and Subaru Ascent. Let's talk about practicality, though, which is ultimately the Pilot's best attribute.
Mercedes Concept GLA45 AMG is ready to run
Wed, 20 Nov 2013This is the Mercedes-Benz Concept GLA45 AMG, and what we mean by that is, "This is the Mercedes-Benz GLA45 AMG." Mercedes has just unveiled the liveried 'concept' at the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show, giving potential customers a very good look at the newest lunatic in the AMG asylum - a 355-horsepower, 332-pound-foot crossover that uses the same 2.0-liter, turbocharged four-cylinder engine found in the CLA45 AMG and Europe's A45 AMG.
Joined with a seven-speed, AMG Speedshift dual-clutch transmission and an AMG Performance 4Matic all-wheel-drive system, Mercedes promises a sub-five-second run to 60 miles per hour. That's not just quick for a crossover, that's quick full stop.
That sleek, lifted body has also been tweaked by the minds at AMG's Affalterbach facility. A new rear spoiler, side sills and front clip are the primary aerodynamic tweaks. Aesthetically, AMG has fitted the requisite "Turbo" badges, gloss-black accents (including exhaust tips and roof rails) and a set of 21-inch, AMG-spec alloy wheels to round out the overall package. Based on the spy shots we've seen, expect slightly toned down aerodynamics when the GLA45 AMG arrives in showrooms.
First official shot of Mercedes S-Class Coupe leaks out
Mon, 10 Feb 2014With the official debut for the Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe expected tomorrow, it shouldn't be a surprise that some clicky fingers have already managed to uncover an official image of the car before the unveiling. Outside of this sole image, though, there's precious little detail on the new car.
First posted by Autofilou and then picked up by WorldCarFans, the production S-Class Coupe isn't far off from the concept car we saw a few months back in Frankfurt. Like the concept, the leggy production model appears related, albeit distantly, to the S-Class Sedan. The hood and front fascia are longer and lower, befitting of a two-door, while the character lines in the profile are more pronounced. Obviously, the beltline and slim, B-pillarless greenhouse are coupe-only items. We can't see any details on the back of the car, although it does appear that the long hood has a correspondingly short rear deck.
We'll have all the details on the official replacement for the CL-Class when it makes its full debut tomorrow. Until then, what do you think of this lone image? Does it appear that Mercedes has got it right? In terms of design, where would you rank this with the departing CL-Class? Have your say in Comments.
