!993 Mercedes 400-E Adult owned Non Smoker White on Tan leather in pristine condition,I have been around this vehicle for a few years and have personally owned it for a few months due to a family member moving over seas.I have owned a few mercedes in my life time never have i seen one this clean and so meticulously maintained.I have every service record dating back to 1996 not oil changes but major services,The 30k service 75 k service brake replacements etc etc.
The timing chain was completely serviced in 2010 at 200k miles and i have receipts for that as well as the serpentine belt. You will see a few cars on sale whether it be e-bay or auto trader which are advertised as 1 owner low miles, but you will not find any vehicle with such extensive records as this as stated earlier from 3/1996 to today's date every service oil change tire rotation is documented. If you are a mercedes enthusiast you know these cars need to be well maintained and the major problem with buying a used car is you don't know what your getting in to,With this vehicle you do the previous owners were so detailed that even if the vehicle made a little whistle sound it would go straight to mercedes, some of the service receipts made me chuckle.

The exterior of this car is immaculate i would give it a 9 out of 10 no dents no dings no scratches. The interior is perfect i would give it a 9 out of 10 no rips, cracks, tears, sagging headliner,no cracks in dash, wood grain is shiny and looks brand spanking new,the chrome trim is glossy and scratch free.It has all 4 matching tires no 2 of 1 kind 2 of another and all tires have about 85% or better tread on em also it comes with a full spare and tool kit.

Items Included with purchase

2 keys
All books and records
All service records over a 150 invoices
First Aid Kit
Full Size Spare
MB Entusiast Badge
Original Floor Mats(back and front)

Since i have purchased this vehicle It's mostly sat in the garage as me and wife have our own vehicles and use this one as a sunday cruiser or i will take out on the weekend, not really doing me any good sitting in the garage and i would like to recuperate some of my finances.Maintenance i have done to it since i owned it new battery/oil change and before i decided to list it i sent is to get a tune up done felt a little funny when i started it as i do not feel comfy selling anything i wouldn't put my family in,again i will have a receipt.

Mercedes-Benz B-Class Electric Drive gets official US launch

Mon, Jul 21 2014

It's finally time to plug in the first production Mercedes-Benz-branded electric vehicle in the US. The Daimler division, which also sells a few of its battery-electric Smart ForTwo vehicles here in the states, has officially launched sales of the Mercedes-Benz B-Class ED. Even better, the US will be the first market in the world to give the general public access to the new plug-in. As with many other EV debuts, the flyover states will have to wait a bit. Mercedes-Benz is only selling the B-Class ED in 10 coastal states, including California, Oregon, New York, New Jersey, Maryland and Maine, and hasn't said anything about when a broader release might happen. Earlier this month, the US Department of Energy rated the B-Class electric with an 87-mile single-charge range, which is comparable to that of the Nissan Leaf and BMW i3. The other shoe dropped, though, when it was revealed that the model has an 84 miles per gallon equivalent rating, which is about 30 percent less then both of those other EVs. The culprit for the model, which puts out 177 horsepower and has a base price of $41,150, is its heavier curb weight. Check out Autoblog's "First Drive" impressions here.

The Aston Martin DBS Superleggera leads this month's list of discounts

Wed, Oct 14 2020

The average price of a new car in America last year was $35,932. This month, the biggest discount off the retail price of a new car in America is awfully close to that figure at $34,001. For those keeping track (as we do every month with a post like this one), that's by far the largest discount we've seen so far this year, and it means buyers of the 2020 Aston Martin DBS Superleggera are paying an average transaction price of $273,819. The British automaker calls the DBS "the ultimate production Aston Martin." With a 715-horsepower V12 engine pulsating underhood, sufficient to push this grand touring coupe from 0-60 in a skosh over 3 seconds and on to a top speed of 211 miles per hour, who are we to argue? If that's too rich for your blood — and let's be honest, it's still a whole heck of a lotta money — the next biggest discount might be at least a little more attractive. According to data provided by TrueCar, buyers of the 2019 Mercedes-AMG GT are seeing discounts of $23,103 off the car's average sticker price of $159,995. That's a heck of a lot of car for $136,892, though admittedly still expensive. But at 14.4% off retail, it's a better deal than the $132,122 average transaction price of the 2020 BMW M8. The BMW's $16,497 discount equals 11.1% off the M8's $148,619 sticker. A car writer's year in new vehicles [w/video]

Thu, Dec 18 2014

Christmas is only a week away. The New Year is just around the corner. As 2014 draws to a close, I'm not the only one taking stock of the year that's we're almost shut of. Depending on who you are or what you do, the end of the year can bring to mind tax bills, school semesters or scheduling dental appointments. For me, for the last eight or nine years, at least a small part of this transitory time is occupied with recalling the cars I've driven over the preceding 12 months. Since I started writing about and reviewing cars in 2006, I've done an uneven job of tracking every vehicle I've been in, each year. Last year I made a resolution to be better about it, and the result is a spreadsheet with model names, dates, notes and some basic facts and figures. Armed with this basic data and a yen for year-end stories, I figured it would be interesting to parse the figures and quantify my year in cars in a way I'd never done before. The results are, well, they're a little bizarre, honestly. And I think they'll affect how I approach this gig in 2015. {C} My tally for the year is 68 cars, as of this writing. Before the calendar flips to 2015 it'll be as high as 73. Let me give you a tiny bit of background about how automotive journalists typically get cars to test. There are basically two pools of vehicles I drive on a regular basis: media fleet vehicles and those available on "first drive" programs. The latter group is pretty self-explanatory. Journalists are gathered in one location (sometimes local, sometimes far-flung) with a new model(s), there's usually a day of driving, then we report back to you with our impressions. Media fleet vehicles are different. These are distributed to publications and individual journalists far and wide, and the test period goes from a few days to a week or more. Whereas first drives almost always result in a piece of review content, fleet loans only sometimes do. Other times they serve to give context about brands, segments, technology and the like, to editors and writers. So, adding up the loans I've had out of the press fleet and things I've driven at events, my tally for the year is 68 cars, as of this writing. Before the calendar flips to 2015, it'll be as high as 73. At one of the buff books like Car and Driver or Motor Trend, reviewers might rotate through five cars a week, or more. I know that number sounds high, but as best I can tell, it's pretty average for the full-time professionals in this business.
