You are viewing a excellent example of a 1991 mercedes 420 sel. This was the last year and the best year of the 126 body . This beautiful 420 sel is a One owner car from Florida. It was always garaged and dealer serviced. The car is black with black leather interior. The Original paint is shiny and glossy and looks new. The interior is also in excellent condition with no wear whatsoever or cracks in the dash , wood work seats etc .The seats look like new with no wear on the seats and the leather is soft and supple. This is one of the nicest ones you will find and with only 64800 actual miles. I just serviced the car extensively . Here is what was done. 60 k service with new valve cover gaskets, new vacuum hoses and all fluids were changed and the air filter as well.. Complete New Ac. with Evaporator and compressor and dryer. I have the reciept and it comes with a 1 year warranty.I spent over 3 k in service on the car it needs nothing its ready to go. The tires are michelin and in great condition the brakes are also in excellent condtion. The suspension is tight with no noises and it drives like a new car. No leaks in the engine or transmission. These cars are nearly impossible to find in this condition yet alone with these miles and the best color combo ever. This car was 80 k new and still has that classic look that only will appreciate. I consider this one to be one of the best ones i ever sold and it needs nothing . It comes with 2 keys , original spare that was never used, tools , and medical kit and the owner manuels. I am confident its the nicest one for sale and its a great price considering what can u buy today in a luxury car for less than 14 k . Nothing.. This car will last someone a long time with just regular maintence . I know the car will sell before the auction end. Click the buy it now buy with confidence i have solid feedback and i strive for perfection and to sell the best mercedes cars possible. Steve 954-464-3515
P.S I talked with the original owner. Car shows a accident on auto check it was the right rear door a car backed into it. he never fixed it . I had the door refinished and it looks perfect. So no issues whatsoever. the rest of the paint is all original and shines like new.

Car subscription services: A slow, expensive start — but the potential is huge
Wed, Dec 26 2018Americans are used to paying for subscriptions — to magazines and cable television, for instance — but experience shows they'll cancel when the price of admission gets too high, or there are more tempting alternatives. Cord cutters ditched nearly 1.5 million pay-TV subscriptions in 2017, according to a survey by Leichtman Research Group. Cable TV started out cheap with basic offerings, and then got expensive. The auto industry's subscription offerings are new, but they're starting out costly, and not price-competitive with traditional leasing. The upside is that they take the hassle out of car ownership for busy people by letting the service take care of maintenance, insurance, licensing and taxes. And they give consumers choice, often allowing relatively painless switches between different cars in the automakers' lineup. Subscription services also point the way toward an ownership-free auto experience, and offer an easy transition to a potential world where ride- and car-sharing will be dominant. Subscriptions are here to stay, but consumers may take a while to "get" them. Lincoln's subscription service for lightly used 2015 to 2017 models, offered through the Ford-owned Canvas beginning this year, got off to a slow start. Many early subscribers canceled. Last month, Cadillac announced it would " temporarily pause" its $1,800-per-month Book subscription service for "adjustments" as of December 1. According to the Wall Street Journal, "Snags with the back-end technology used to support the service made some customer-service functions tedious and time-consuming, adding costs for the company." The challenge for automakers is to come up with a strategy that offers consumers a compelling, affordable option to regular ownership, and one that can also make a profit. I think they'll find that sweet spot, but they're not there yet. Jack Nerad, former executive editorial director at Kelley Blue Book and author of " The Complete Idiot's Guide to Buying or Leasing a Car," points out that "A lot of people expected that subscriptions would be very valuable for people who wanted inexpensive transportation, but the reality is quite the opposite. Subscriptions are offering more choices for the wealthy.
2017 Frankfurt Motor Show | Observations on the Ferrari Portofino, Honda Urban EV and more
Wed, Sep 13 2017Related: We obsessively covered the Frankfurt Motor Show — here's our complete coverage The 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show kicked off the fall reveal season with an impressive array of powerful cars blended with forward-looking concepts. It's a seminal period for automakers, who find themselves at the intersection of disruption and opportunity. With that in mind, here are four takeaways from Frankfurt. The transformation of the curvy yet overbaked Ferrari California T into the Portofino is complete, and its coming-out party in Frankfurt served notice that Ferrari's entry-level sports car is much more formidable. There was nothing wrong with the California (and later the California T), but the Portofino features a cleaner look with stronger lines and an elegant resemblance to the rest of the Ferrari family. The California name is a good one. Used on a number of memorable cars in the 1950s and '60s, it's steeped in tradition, and certainly Ferrari will dust it off again. But switching to Portofino, the name of a scenic town in Italy, is a nice way to change the conversation and generate fresh interest in this part of the Ferrari portfolio. Man, people are stoked over the Honda Urban EV concept. Why? I assume it's the retro look that harks back to early Civics, and the lack of information about the concept itself. What people don't know, they're imagining. Honda hasn't even confirmed the range, the car is very small, and it likely won't be sold in the United States. With this dearth of facts, enthusiasts are filling in their own blanks. I guess that's OK. Count me among the intrigued. When I saw pictures of this thing early Tuesday morning, I was pretty excited, too. We do know Honda is expanding its electric strategy, and two-thirds of its new vehicles sold around the world will have some form of electrification by 2030. The Urban EV launches in Europe in 2019, and a hybrid CR-V rolls out in Europe next year. Unconfirmed for the U.S. market, it seems like a no-brainer to bring that version of the CR-V here. The electrification and autonomous tech parade of concepts continues. You gotta be there. It's the cost of doing business in the modern automotive landscape. This technology takes years to develop and launch, so the next best thing to remind the world you're trying to be cutting-edge is to show off lots of fancy concepts. Frankfurt had plenty. A couple standouts: The BMW I Vision Dynamics and Audi's Elaine and Aicon.
Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupe launches with DTM-styled Edition 1 [w/video]
Wed, Sep 16 2015It's not as flashy or fantastical as the concept cars, big luxury cars, and exotics being shown here at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show, but the Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupe still gets us really excited. That's because it's a semi-attainable production car; like, we'll actually get to drive it, and soon. The C63 Coupe builds upon the gorgeous, two-door C-Class that also made its debut at the Frankfurt show. It's powered by the same twin-turbocharged, 4.0-liter V8 as the C63 sedan, producing either 469 or 503 horsepower, depending on the model. If the sedan's driving dynamics are anything to go on, the C63 Coupe ought to be a total riot. For the occasion of its premiere, Mercedes brought the C63 Edition 1 to Frankfurt, wearing a unique paint job that mimics the look of the automaker's recently unveiled DTM racer. The Edition 1 rolls on unique wheels – measuring 19 inches in front and 20 inches out back – and comes with unique aerodynamic enhancements, more gloss and chrome trim, and racing buckets inside. Edition 1 or not, the C63 Coupe is a car we're very happy to welcome to the world. We can't wait to test one.
