I'm listing this very nice 2000 Miata LS with about 125,000 miles for my friend. He owns a local Car Dealer and ONLY sells clean & reliable vehicles... Per AutoCheck's history report, this is an accident free and a 3 owner Miata. AutoCheck's Score is 80. Similar vehicles scored between 25 and 55, so this one scored very high. I will be glad to email the report upon request.
I drove this Miata for a few days and it runs very well. It's very tight, including steering, brakes, suspension, etc. Everything works including cold A/C. I would say that mechanically this Miata is in very good condition. Cosmetically it is good too. There's a small tear on the rear driver side of the head rest (see photos), The seats show normal wear and tear but are in good shape for this year of the vehicle. (see photos). The body is straight and the paint finish is in very good condition, it may have some scuffs and blemishes here and there, but nothing that showed on photos or that I can remember. However there's a noticeable scuff on the passenger side corner of the front bumper (see photos). The tires on the rear are not bad, but the front ones should be replaced soon after purchase. The convertible top is like-in-new-condition!

Wed, 26 Jun 2013Here it is, ladies and gentlemen, straight from the memory cards of our own cameras. As you can see, the only version of the 2014 Mazda3 that the automaker is showing off at the moment is the hatchback, but we've gotten confirmation from Mazda that the sedan version will be shown sometime within the next five weeks.
So far, Mazda isn't commenting on whether or not we can expect a higher-performance Mazdaspeed3 version of the car, but we've got our fingers crossed. In any case, we're quite drawn to the appearance of this new hatchback from Mazda, with its flowing lines and character creases setting it apart from the rest of the compact segment in which it competes.
We also appreciate the sound engineering that went into the new 3. Despite boasting a wheelbase that's longer than the car it replaces, we're pleased to see that Mazda has kept its exterior size in check - it's actually shorter overall than the last-gen model - while also reducing weight by about 200 pounds. That's bound to be good for the new 3's dynamic properties.
World Car Awards finalists snub American-branded vehicles — except for Bronco
Fri, Feb 2 2024The list of World Car Awards has been whittled down to 10 finalists, but only one American brand — Ford — appears among the remaining nine carmakers for this yearÂ’s top award. The Bronco is there, and it also is balloted as a finalist in the design category. The other categories are performance car, urban car, electric vehicle and luxury model. Each category has five finalists except World Car, which has 10. One brand conspicuous by its absence in any category: Tesla. The winner in each is scheduled to be crowned March 27 at the New York International Auto Show in Manhattan. This year marks the 20th year of the World Car Awards and the partnership with the New York show. The selection process involves 100-plus automotive journalists from 29 countries who vote, as they review and test-drive the eligible vehicles for the 2024 awards. Their journey is captured virtually on World Car TV.
