AWD 2007 Mazda CX-7 Grand Touring Sport Utility 4-Door Sedan with 172k 2.3 4-Cylinder Turbo Engine, with a 6-Speed Automatic or manual Transmission (tiptronic), that shifts like new, the drive train is "All Wheel Drive". I am a Mechanic who is a private auto dealer who buys and sells cars. On this Particular Mazda I have replaced the following: Timing Chain -- Timing Gears -- VVT cam gear -- Timing Chain Tensioner -- Timing Chain Drive Gear -- The Water Pump -- Spark Plugs -- Oil & Filter -- Fresh Coolant -- Rear Passenger Wheel Bearing Hub. Also, the Engine, Head, and Intake System have been decarboned and cleaned. I also rebuilt the Cylinder Head & Turbo. The Turbo is an original Borg Warner, and has been rebuilt with the a new revision kit including new Shaft & Turbine Wheel, Wear Plate, Bushings and Seals. I Have receipts for everything that was replaced and all the repairs. The Vehicle has all Matching Nexen Roadian HT Tires that are 90% like new, Excellent brakes, Quiet exhaust, the body is in Mint condition, no rust, no leaks, the runs and drives like brand new, hits 80mph in a flash, there are no engine codes, the car needs nothing mechanically, its ready to drive. The interior is black with heated black leather seating, no rips no tears, no cigarette burns, the carpet is like new, with factory floor mats, also has winter mud mats for the front. Every option on the car works, except for the original Bose 6 disc changer CD player, this is a known issue with these players, but the sound system sounds immaculate, and has XM available. Options on the car include but not limited to Power Windows & locks, Wireless key fob, Alarm, Cruise Control & Radio Controls available on Steering Wheel, Cold A/C "No Navigation, No backup camera's". Rear windshield wiper works great, the rear hatch is clean and comes with spare tire, and sun shade is in new working order. The rear seats do fold down for more cargo space, the latches work just fine. Also this SUV is equipped with dual and side airbags for you safety. The body is immaculate, it does have two small unnoticeable dings on the passenger front fender, and a small scuff barely noticeable on the same fender ( See pictures) , the front clip is pretty nice, no rock nicks, the front headlights and rear tail lights are nice and clear. The rear passenger and rear hatch windows are tinted from the factory, with a rear window defogger.

Will the Mazda2 be offered as a PHEV with a rotary engine range extender?
Thu, 10 Jul 2014Every few months, it seems a rumor crops up about plans from Mazda to revive the rotary engine. Last November, its CEO said the only way another one could happen is if the project was profitable, and then a month later the automaker showed off the Mazda2 RE Range Extender with a 330cc Wankel engine mounted in the rear. Now, Australian auto site Motoring reports that the PHEV may actually make production in the next-gen Mazda2 sometime after it's initial launch.
Martin Benders, managing director of Mazda in Australia, spoke to Motoring about the company's future with hybrids and basically reiterated what the CEO said last year. The Japanese automaker only plans to offer electrified powertrains in places where they can sell in sufficient numbers to be profitable, like Japan.
Mazda has been playing with the rotary range-extender idea for years. In the RE prototype, the engine was exclusively used to charge the lithium-ion batteries when they were running low, and a 100-horsepower electric motor provided all of the propulsion. It gave the little hatch an estimated range of about 250 miles. The company reportedly took inspiration from its Skyactiv engines to make the Wankel have lower friction and a lighter weight.
2018 Mazda Miata adds a cherry on top
Wed, Dec 20 2017For 2018, Mazda is adding a number of new options that should get the attention of prospective Miata buyers, and one of them is shown above. Starting with the new model year, Mazda will offer both the usual black soft top, but also a "Dark Cherry" red top. It looks quite sharp with the silvery-blue color above, and it should be an excellent complement to the Grand Touring model's newest interior option. On the Grand Touring trim, customers can choose the reddish-brown Nappa leather interior that was first applied to the Miata RF Launch Edition. The interior package adds $300 to the top-trim Miata's price tag. There are a few other upgrades sprinkled throughout the Miata lineup. The base-level Sport models will finally get infotainment with a 7-inch screen instead of the little stereo controls mounted to the dash. The midrange Club model now gets heated cloth seats that are upgraded to heated leather units with the Brembo/BBS package, which for $3,770 adds Brembo brakes, BBS wheels, a body kit and the aforementioned seats. Another $700 nets the same package but with Recaro seats that also feature seat heaters. Along with the new features come slight price increases across the board. The base 2018 Sport trim now starts at $26,185, an increase of $395. The Club increases in price by $370 to $30,045, and the Grand Touring has the smallest change of $145 to $31,085. 2020 Mazda6 Signature Driveway Test | A luxury car interior with a non-luxury price
Thu, Mar 26 2020The 2020 Mazda6 Signature is pure luxury on the inside. If one were to remove the Mazda badges and replace them with Audi’s four rings, or LexusÂ’ stylized L, customers may not even bat an eye. Alas, that is the point of MazdaÂ’s range-topping Signature trim. Mazda fancies itself a “premium” car brand at this point, and the Mazda6Â’s cabin does an excellent job of selling that theme. A luxury interior starts with excellent and original design, and then itÂ’s finished with quality materials. Anybody can throw leather, suede and wood around, but if the design itself isnÂ’t moving, the fancy materials look tacked on. Mazda has managed to ace both the design and material quality sections of its test with the Mazda6 Signature. ThereÂ’s beauty in simplicity, and the Mazda6Â’s interior exemplifies that. A wide, sweeping dashboard dominates the view from the driverÂ’s seat. An endless swath of soft-touch UltraSuede is front and center, splitting the climate controls from the vents and infotainment screen above it. Mazda says itÂ’s “adorned with a subtle gold tint,” and itÂ’s made in a similar fashion as ornate kimonos. I found myself staring at the stitching running the full length of the dashboard. ItÂ’s topped by a silver strip that extends from one side of the cabin to the other into the side air vents. Interestingly, the side air vents extend beyond the rest of the dash into the door, so they look like silver metal wings sticking out with the doors open. Above the silver strip is something Mazda calls “Sen Wood.” It looks and feels like real wood, because it is — Mazda says Sen wood is used in taiko drums and Japanese furniture.  And then thereÂ’s the lovely continued presence of physical buttons for vital controls. All of the climate control options are integrated into a classy strip just below the suede in the center of the dash. The buttons themselves are high quality, easy to find and satisfying to use in their action. Same goes for the climate control temperature knobs. They turn with precision and give a clear indication of each degree of change. The ribbed faux metal (it's extremely convincing as real metal) surround on the dials makes it feel like youÂ’re changing the climate control on a car that costs twice as much as this Mazda does. Even some luxury cars donÂ’t offer the same level of tactility and satisfaction in their controls.
