Hello I am looking to sell my 2009 Maserati Gran Turismo. I am the original owner of the vehicle. The car has been fully serviced only at the Maserati dealership in Troy, MI. This car is immaculate extremely well maintained with only 27,000 miles. The GranTurismo has the advantage of having a lot of Ferrari based technology. The 4.2 L V8 is derived from Ferrari engineering and makes over 400 HP and sounds absolutely amazing. The 2009 Maserati GranTurismo gives your the power of a sports car, the luxury interior of some a touring vehicles, and the exhaust note that can only come from an exotic Italian car. Every mile driven in this car will be a true pleasure. I originally purchased the vehicle for 127,000. And now looking to sell it for half the original price. The car has all brand new tires, Oil has been changed and full service was done on the vehicle. I have paperwork since day one of purchase. This car was babied.
This 2009 Maserati GranTurismo comes equipped with: * Wood Steering Wheel * Bird Cage Wheels * Navigation * Bluetooth * Large Screen Color Display * Alcantara Roof Liner * Leather Seats * Rear Parking Sensors * Voice Command * 4.2 L V8 * Paddle Shifters *Many More... Now the issues: Minor scratches around the car, but there is a scratch on the front bumper lip I will show in the pictures. PLEASE NOTE: There was a problem with the factory leather on the dashboard. I took the car into the dealership and they are covering all repairs on the leather! What they ended up doing is ordering an entire 12 piece brand new leather kit from Italy which will be in on March 10th as each piece is handmade. I will also include the receipt for the kit. I called the dealership and informed I would be selling and they are willing to transfer over the kit to the new owner. If you have any further questions about the car feel free to give me a call or text at (248) 842-0548. Its easier to reach me over text message. Please do call me or email me about any questions you might have for example about the leather or scratches or anything. I am willing to negotiate but please no low ball offers. Thank You |

Maserati Levante SUV previewed in patent drawings
Wed, May 20 2015Maserati is set to become the next high-end automaker to get into the crossover game with the impending launch of the Levante, and this could be our best look at it yet. Revealed in drawings reportedly filed with the patent and trademark office in Australia, these line drawings give us an idea of what to expect from the design of the Trident marque's upcoming crossover. The styling looks fairly consistent with what we've come to expect from the Ghibli and Quattroporte sedans, only in a higher-roofed, liftback form. Evident in the design are the Modenese automaker's grille and lighting forms, its signature portal vents along the front fender, powerful rear haunches and a steeply raked tailgate. Previewed by the Kubang concepts of 2003 and 2011, the Levante will be a vital product for Maserati's expansion – just as the Bentayga will be for Bentley, the F-Pace for Jaguar, the DBX for Aston Martin and the Urus (if ever approved) for Lamborghini. Expect it to pack the same V6, V8 and diesel engines as the aforementioned existing sedans when it debuts sometime soon into the new year ahead. Related Video:
Mysterious Maserati test mule could be upcoming Alfa Romeo Giulia
Mon, Dec 8 2014Well well well, what have we here? The truth is that we don't know. It seems to be a Maserati Ghibli, but since that model is already out on the market, we're likely looking at something else. Just what is the question, and the answer likely lies in the wheelbase. While this test mule, spied undergoing cold-weather testing in northern Sweden, is clearly wearing the bodywork (and likely most of the mechanical bits) from the Ghibli, it's riding on a shortened wheelbase. Which tells us this could be one of two things: it's likely to be a test mule either for the upcoming Maserati Alfieri sports car, or for the new Alfa Romeo Giulia. The Alfieri was presented in concept form at the Geneva Motor Show back in March, foreshadowing a new sports car to serve as a halo model in the Maserati lineup. The production version is expected to be smaller and nimbler than the existing GranTurismo and positioned against the likes of the Porsche 911, Jaguar F-Type and Mercedes-AMG GT, to name just a few. The Giulia, meanwhile, is slated to be the first all-new Alfa Romeo since the arrival of the 4C last year and the Italian marque's first mainstream model since the launch of the Giulietta in 2010. The new sedan is expected to go after the likes of the BMW 3 Series and the new Jaguar XE, slotting in below the larger Maserati Ghibli that seeks to challenge the 5 Series and XF. If this is indeed a test mule for the new Alfa sedan, the quad tailpipes would seem, as our spy photographers point out, to indicate it's laying the groundwork for the GTA performance version. One way or another, there's something enticing to be coming soon from Italy, so watch this space.
Maserati details the new, 630-hp V6 that will power its mid-engined MC20 coupe
Wed, Jul 1 2020Maserati is done leaning on former sister company Ferrari for technical support. It has unveiled the six-cylinder engine it designed and will build in-house to power the MC20 supercar that's scheduled to make its debut later in 2020. Ferrari's willingness to develop and/or build engines for Maserati shrank significantly when it split from former parent company Fiat-Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) in early 2016 and became independent. Insiders knew the division would be spun off, so they began designing Maserati's new engine (which is called Nettuno) in 2015 and accelerated the process in 2017. It's a 90-degree, 3.0-liter V6 with a dry sump and a twin-spark, pre-chamber ignition system rooted in racing. In this application, it's twin-turbocharged (the turbos are mounted on the outside of the engine rather than in the middle of it) and it's equipped with both direct and indirect fuel injection. All told, the 485-pound Nettuno engine develops 630 horsepower at 7,500 rpm and 538 pound-feet of torque between 3,000 and 5,500 rpm. It continues revving to a redline of 8,000 rpm. Matteo Valentini, Maserati's chief engineer, explained the Nettuno engine will ultimately power the company's entire range of vehicles, though he stopped short of naming the specific models that will use it after the MC20. He added the six-cylinder will "bring Maserati back into the world of racing," meaning its output will likely grow in the not-too-distant future. We'll learn more about the engine when the MC20 makes its debut September 9. What remains to be seen is whether Maserati will replace the V8 available in the Levante and the Quattroporte, or if it will surf the downsizing wave sweeping across the industry. Developed jointly with Ferrari in the early 2010s, that engine makes 590 horsepower when it's bolted in the Levante Trofeo's bay, meaning its output is eclipsed by the Nettuno V6's. Both engines are built around a 90-degree architecture, so the 3.0-liter V6 could turn into a 4.0-liter V8 if it's modular enough to gain a pair of cylinders — and if Maserati sees a market for another eight-cylinder.
