1953 MGTD Roadster. Looks and runs fantastic! The engine always starts right up and has plenty of oil pressure. I’ve driven it in 90+ degree weather without overheating. Sports Car Services in Putney VT did around $4700 worth of repairs in 2013, mostly to the brakes and it probably stops better than any other TD out there. According to the previous owner “Before I owned the car the engine was bored, a new camshaft was installed, new pistons, valves and clutch.”

The car was in the 2013 Misslewood Concour d’Elegance in Beverly MA and was one of the cars featured on their Facebook header as a cover photo.

The only real issue with the car is that the transmission grinds a bit going into 3^rd gear. It can certainly be driven the way it is.

This car is a real head turner. The bright red paint catches everyone’s attention and it zips along very nicely. It comes with side curtains, tools, the original owner’s manual and a shop manual. There aren’t many out there that are nicer!
