This car is a 1953 MG TD Replicia. That was built in 1990. It has a 2.3 Ford 4 cyclinder engine out of a 1977 Mercury Bobcat with matching 4-speed manual transmission. This car was my uncle's before giving it to me. This was a project for my dad and I to do. We have many hours into wet sanding and buffing the fiberglass body out as you can see in the before and after pictures. It has a new battery, new carb, new tires, new air shocks in rear and new brakes installed. Has a cover built so you will not have to put the top up if it rains. The cover will be like what you would find on your boat. It fastens to the wind shield and slopes back to the body. This car drives great. I have taken it out a few times so far. Everything works on the car and the heater will melt you out even with the top down. This is a fun car to drive and gets a lot of looks.
