1947 MG TC in excellent condition. Car had been fully restored about 2 years prior to owner's passing in 2000, after that car sat covered and protected in garage. Car has not been started since that time but motor turns freely. Paint work still looks brand new except that the driver's side lower section of hood will need to be repainted as paint did not adhere properly to intake(see images). There is also one chip on the bottom of the front end(only visible from beneath car). Bright work, wire wheel convertible top, seats, dash, original side curtains & tonneau cover look like new.

This is a numbers matching car(TC/3007 with engine XPAG3643 per plate on block). Car is known in MGTC registry. I have copy of 1969 title with purchaser's and(then) previous owner's name. There are several plaquards on the dash of MG events that this car attended in the 1960s in New England. Oil in engine is very clean, I was told that this was rebuilt with restoration. There are no visible oil leaks. Most lights, horns & wipers still work. Brake pedal pushed to floor(may need master cylinder or other minor work ). I would fully expect this car to fire and run beautifully with a fuel tank cleaning and carburetor rebuild. Frame is solid but could use a good cleaning and maybe a bit of paint. Tires are old and should be replaced but wire wheels look very good. Original tools appear to be in toolbox and owners manuals are also intact. Will also need new floor carpets.

Original British license plate also conveys. I have clear Virginia title. Vehicle is also for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the auction at any time.
