 I am assisting a customer sell his car.  This car was fully restored several years ago by two of the founders of the MG Club of Central New York, people who had driven, raced and repaired early MGs over many years.  It has been driven only about 1000 miles since, but always maintained ready to drive at any time during good weather.  Both my mechanic and I have driven the car recently and can confirm it performs quite well.  It looks fabulous in its rare original shade of blue, and must be seen in person to be fully appreciated.  The owner of many years has retired to his Florida home, is selling his Lake Ontario, NY summer residence, and must consolidate his collection.

The car is chassis # TC/3242.  The original engine, XPAG 3821 was replaced at some point by XPAG 10613.  This engine was rebuilt at the time of the restoration and is just broken in.  Although the car has been driven little in total, it was kept licensed and frequently used on weekends for summer MG club events.  The car would be very competitive in regional shows, but is just short of Concours standards. There are dust specs the paint we could buff out, the steering wheel could be refinished, the steering box should be rebuilt, and the brakes are weak from having little use.  These items could be taken care of by my shop prior to shipment if a buyer wanted it done.  Resolving these items should prepare the car for national shows.
