What I have is a 1976 MG Midget Special.

I bought it a couple of months ago to work on it because it was in amazing shape for a car older than my wife... It had been sitting for years in a temperature controlled garage.

It still needs some things done before you can drive it, I would love keep it but I just found a 86' Jaguar XJS V12, which was one of my all time favorite cars, and the wife said I can't work on 2 cars, so I had to pick between them... So I guess this little beauty has to go :(

Things done so far...

Drained all the old gas out of the tank, put in new high octane gas, with a little SeaFoam, and a little Mystery Oil
Changed the Oil, and filter.
Put on new Cap, Rotor, Plugs, and Wires
Put new on belts, hoses, fuel filter... etc...
Put in a new Thermostat...

And I am sure a bunch of other things I cant think of right now...

Things it still needs...
Battery,
Water Pump ($60 at AutoZone), when we turned it over, notice that water pump was frozen...

And if I was to keep it I would probably switch over to an electric fuel pump, although the one on it seems to be working. (started pulling gas though when we turned it over)

Drop me a line if you have any questions about it, I don't think it will not take much to get it on the street, as you can tell from the pictures its in really good shape for a car this old or I wouldn't have bought it in the first place. Most MG's the interior is shot, the top is gone, and body needs a ton of work.
