For auction is a 1972 MG Midget. It has a clean title! The car is powered by a Toyota 2TC 1.6L Hemi and uses a 4 speed Toyota transmission. Unknown mileage. It is quit a bit more power than the normal 1275cc and quit a bit lighter. The builder said the car weighed in just over 1200lbs without the windshield and top. The car was built for auto cross purposes and to my knowledge was raced a few times as well as driven on the road for a period of time. The car is in great running condition and starts right up. The car currently is running on a  straight header. You will need ear protection when driving the car if you don't want to go deff. The car has a large front sway bar and smaller bar in back. The car has been lowered in front and back. The shocks used are from an MGB. The rear end has upgraded racing axles and a custom axle locator. The car comes with a set of slicks on alloy wheels and a set of the original wheels with good tires. It has a fair amount of negative camber but exact specs are not known. To my knowledge there is no rust anywhere on this car. It has always been stored inside since restoration. There is currently an adjustable fiberglass bucket seat installed with a single racing harness. I will include the original dashboard (stripped) with the wiring harness. The car comes with a set of TR6 seats (one is good, the other needs repaired). The sale will also include a set of doors with roll up windows painted the same as the car. With some minor installations (headlights and turn signals, muffler, speedometer) this car can make a fun and FAST street car. Yes, the car is fast.
