This is a great find and needs someone to get her back on the road. This MGB was made 7/1977 and has 57428 miles on it  the best I can tell it has not over 100. The car was parked in the garage in 1986 with some type of electrical problem and has been there ever since. It does not run and is missing the belts and all tires are bad yet they hold air.  The brakes are also stuck and it will not roll . I have posted before and after cleaning pictures . It is real shinny from just spraying some cleaning polish on it . There is no serious rust on this car at all but the paint is bubbling all over the car. I can not see any rust under the paint or other side of panels so I believe it is just paint failure. I also cleaned the interior with Amorall to help preserve it as to its shinny appearance. This is sold as is and I do not know much more about it and also do not have a title for and it does not need one in Ga. Please check your state laws for what is required . The top is in great shape and I did not see any major problems with it. If you have any questions please ask and I will answer the best I can thanks.
