1973 Mgb, Last Of The Chrome Bumpers, Nearly Perfect, Great Touring/driving Car on 2040-cars

 THIS IS AN ALL ORIGINAL, ONE OWNER, NORTH CAROLINA MGB. IT HAS NOT BEEN RE-BUILT, BUT IT HAS BEEN MAINTAINED, ALWAYS GARAGED AND DRIVEN REGULARLY. That said, it is not a show car, though would win local car shows easily. It has the original running gear and starts and drives flawlessly, the engine lopes a little until warmed up, then is smooth and idles very nicely. the OVERDRIVE transmission shifts smoothly and crisply, the overdrive works as designed. Overdrive was a very rare and is today a very desirable option. The body is solid and rust-free, and was re-painted a number of years ago. The re-paint is nearly perfect, it was repainted the original color. Upholstery is like new, prolly recovered sometime in its life, however there are some imperfections around driver's door post, easily repaired. Carpets also appear to have been replaced, some stains in the rear compartment. This car is ready to go. New tires fresh oil and filter, come see and drive this one! It presently  graces our showroom.
