Complete Iris Blue MGA Twin Cam restoration project including it's original engine, close ratio gearbox and 455 ratio rear gear. This car also originally came with a super rare alloy steering wheel, oil cooler and competition seats all of which are still with the car. There is a new reproduction racing windscreen and a spare windshield frame to cut down included in the sale, the car did originally come with a racing windscreen but the original went missing. Also included is a new original color top, tonneau, and a set of correct covered blue side curtains all very high quality and ordered for this cars restoration. The correct color leather competition seat covers, a new cockpit rail kit and a complete interior panel kit again top quality are included as well. There is also a new set of twin cam front coil springs included. The condition of the car should allow for a fairly straight forward restoration I'll describe the condition as good as I can. Body and Chassis: The car was hit on the drivers side in the door area and damage is still evident in the door posts as well as a couple of wrinkles in the frame in that same area. New door posts are included as well as new outer rockers the frame damage doesn't seem too bad but will need attention. There's obvious rust in the rocker area but otherwise the car is not too rusty at all, the battery boxes and floorboard mounting flanges look very good. All the fenders are included as well as the hood and trunk lids and both doors all looks repairable except maybe the drivers rear fender another spare is included. There's a new Moss grille included the bumpers are the originals. The original top frame is present. Drivetrain: The complete original engine is included and shows no outward signs of damage also included is the original close ratio gearbox, the condition of either is unknown. The radiator is included. All 5 Dunlop wheels are included as are the inner wing access panels.
