Up for auction is my 1999 Lexus RX 300. 1 owner since new. Daily driver with all available options. Don't let the miles scare you. If this Lexus was a problem, I wouldn't have kept it this long. Everything in great working condition. Mobile 1 Synthetic Oil since new. Runs and drives great. No missing or hesitation. It runs like it did in 1999. I'm selling it because I purchased a Nissan GT-R Alpha 10 for 120k. This is NOT a distress sale. Miles are approx 80% highway 20% city miles as it was driven to my regional offices weekly (275 miles per week round trip). I wouldn't hesitate to drive it ANYWHERE. It's a great running Lexus. Body is in very good condition with less than expected wear for a vehicle 15 years old. My feedback is excellent. Buy with confidence. Fly in. Drive home. No stories. No excuses. No reserve.

Of course, phrases like, "Hair by over 383 pound-feet of torque," and, "Goosebumps by an aggressively tuned exhaust note," don't really mean anything, but most of the people watching the video aren't going to be reading the copy, anyway. Toyota recalling 20k 2014 and 2015 cars and CUVs with 3.5L engines
Thu, 18 Sep 2014Toyota has announced a recall of roughly 20,000 vehicles covering the 2014 Avalon, Camry, Highlander (pictured) and Sienna, as well as the 2015 Lexus RX luxury crossover. The affected vehicles are all powered the 2GR-FE engine, which in layman's terms, is Toyota's well-regarded 3.5-liter V6.
According to Toyota's statement, a parts supplier might not have welded "the end cap on the right-hand fuel delivery pipe in the engine compartment" correctly, meaning fuel could leak. Leaking fuel, of course, increases the chance of an engine fire. That said, no fires, crashes or injuries have been reported due to the issue.
Owners will be notified to report to dealers, where techs will check the fuel delivery pipe and fit a replacement part as necessary.
