BUYERS

If you have an excellent feedback rating with more than a count of 10, there is no need to make contact, but if your eBay account has less than 10 positive feedbacks (zero feedback accounts included) or has a pattern of multiple negative feedback, you must email a short message acknowledging your understanding that your bid on this auction is a legal binding contract to purchase the vehicle for the bid amount you submitted if and when the auction is over and you are left the highest bidder. If an email is sent back to you with the "ok" you may bid on the auction. If you bid with less than 10 positive feedbacks or with a pattern of multiple negative feedback and no contact is made prior to bidding, your bids will be cancelled and your eBay account will be blocked from bidding on the auction until the above contact is made. Successful bidder:

The winning bidder should make contact within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

Non-Paying Bidder:

If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.

Deposit:  The successful high bidder must contact me via email within 24 hours to submit a non-refundable deposit amounting to $500.00, to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within seven (7) days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before pick up of the vehicle.  Make sure you have necessary funds prior to bidding! Please DO NOT bid if you are not serious about buying the car because I am serious about selling it.

Payment: Payment must be made via Certified Bank Check, Money Order, or Cash in person. All funds must be in US dollars only.  You must pick up this vehicle within 7 day of the end of the auction. Payment in full must be made within 3 days of the end of the auction. If you cannot comply with these rules please do not bid.  I do not mind taking a personal check or money order for the remainder of the purchase but it will have to clear PRIOR to picking up the vehicle. Taxes and Registration fees: Buyer is responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
