Lexus hints at possible IS SportCross comeback [w/poll]
Thu, 10 Jan 2013We're looking forward to seeing the 2014 Lexus IS in person next week at the Detroit Auto Show to see if its brazen design is any less polarizing in person, but Lexus (or at least its Facebook team) has dropped a not-too-subtle hint about the possible return of the SportCross body style - something in between a hatchback and station wagon. The current generation IS comes in sedan and convertible models, but this is an interesting teaser that might suggest an expanded IS lineup.
On its Facebook page, Lexus said:

2023 Lexus RZ 450e teased one last time before 4/20 reveal
Mon, Apr 18 2022The reveal of the 2023 Lexus RZ 450e is just around the corner, and Lexus has released one final teaser before all the specs and details are made available. It’s a shot of the rear, highlighting the full-width rear LED taillight signature. Despite Lexus making a number of changes, thereÂ’s no hiding the resemblance to the vehicle this one is based on: the Toyota bZ4X. WeÂ’ve already seen a couple of teasers of the RZ 450e, showing it with an available yoke style steering wheel. Plus, Lexus essentially showed us an unvarnished look at the front, revealing the lack of a giant spindle grille. What weÂ’re waiting for now are the specs and features that will separate the Lexus from the Toyota and Subaru versions of this car. YouÂ’ll be able to tune in on April 20 at 6 a.m. ET to see the reveal happen live, and then you can read all about it on Autoblog directly after. The 2018 Lexus LC 500 to co-star in Marvel's Black Panther
Fri, Jul 21 2017The Marvel Cinematic Universe may be known for big action and colorful superheroes, but cars have always played a supporting role in the films. Iron Man in particular has showcased a number of new or future cars, including the Acura NSX and Audi R8. Black Panther, the upcoming film about T'Challa and the advanced African nation of Wakanda will feature the wonderful new Lexus LC 500 coupe. The film is set to debut February 16, 2018. We've driven the new Lexus LC 500 a few times now, and it hasn't failed to impress. Whether it's on a track or simply cruising around town, the new luxury coupe has proved itself to be a fantastic follow-up to the much-loved but hugely expensive LFA. Killer looks and an amazing soundtrack make this one of the best GTs we've driven in a long time. The car will presumably be driven by Black Panther himself, though we'll have to wait until next year to see the pair in action.
