For sale is my rare (1 of 184), rapidly appreciating and very fast 1998 Diablo SV having covered 35,000 miles. It
has Quick Silver straight thru exhaust and Fabspeed exhaust pipes (stock ones in perfect condition are included).
Car is what I would consider great driver quality. Paint is in excellent condition except for dime sized rock chip
on front and rear bumpers and two tiny chips on passenger door about the size of the head of a pen. Interior is
good, but shows some where. 1/32 “ split in leather right above passenger airbag and driver seat shows where.
Engine bay in great condition. Car is faster than any stock SV as it has performance tune. Throttle is just much
more crisp and the car pulls harder than stock. Car has been looked after by Ulitmate Motorworks Lamborghini
Dealership in Longwood FL (Now Fields Lamborghini). A set of SV side decals are included along with satin red
custom car cover. Always garaged in climate controlled space

Lamborghini Tecnomar 63 yacht: Raging boat

Fri, Jul 30 2021

A year after being announced, the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63 express cruiser is in the water with its first owner. The co-creation of Lamborghini Centro Stile and Italian boat maker Tecnomar, the water-borne speedster makes the most obvious nod toward the limited-edition Sian FKP 37 introduced in 2019, but gathers cues to the automaker's entire history. The Verde Gea paint matches the Sian's launch color. The helm seats come from the Huracan Evo and are fitted with Sparco seatbelts. The steering wheel, minus airbag and paddle shifters, migrated from an Aventador, the gauge cluster behind sparkling with graphics recognizable from current Lamborghinis. The throttle levers mimic the shift selector in the Urus, the same fighter-plane-style cover hovering over the engine start button. The windows, meanwhile, channel the hexagonal shapes that have ornamented vehicles from Sant'Agata Bolognese since 1963.   Oh, the irony that the heaviest and most powerful Lamborghini ever created fits into the ultra-lightweight class, a segment never graced by one of the automaker's cars. A weight-shaving carbon fiber superstructure slides into a glass-reinforced plastic (GRP) hull to keep weight down to about 53,000 pounds. Two MAN V12 diesel engines — MAN is another Volkswagen Group brand — work together to blow 4,000-hp bubbles into the water. They get the Tecnomar to a top speed of 60 knots (69 miles per hour). Burning about 100 gallons per hour at cruising speeds between 40 and 45 knots (46 and 52 mph), there's enough fuel to run for about 360 miles. That's long distance moving.   This content is hosted by a third party. To view it, please update your privacy preferences. Manage Settings. Occupant spaces include the galley and dinette behind the helm, and sunpads on the fore and aft decks, that latter one with a pop-out television. Accommodations below deck are dressed in leather, Alcantara, and carbon fiber, with Y-shaped motifs most familiar in Lamborghini lighting signatures. There's a master suite forward, its bed overlooked by a sunlight shaped like a Lamborghini badge, and a guest cabin with two twin berths.  There will be just 63 Tenomar for Lamborghini 63 cruisers built, and we know one of them has already been spoken for by UFC fighter Connor McGregor. Reps at Lamborghini and Tecnomar wouldn't say how many of the roughly $3.5 million craft have been sold, but they did admit that production through the end of 2022 is sold out.

Lamborghini braces us for the end of Gallardo production

Mon, 10 Dec 2012

A changing of the guard is afoot in the Lamborghini stables. The Italian supercar brand sticks with a particular model for a respectably long period of time, thus any model changeover is cause for attention. First came the gloriously badass Aventador succeeding the Murcielago, which signals that the Gallardo replacement is on the way next. Not one to let any occasion go without its due pomp and circumstance, Lambo released a video entitled "The Final Gallardo."
The clip features various footage from the life of the Gallardo, worked in with a manifesto of sorts regarding Lamborghini's purpose, and how that fits into the Italian way of life. Little is stated about the Gallardo itself, let alone the eventual replacement. Additionally, it is unclear if the video is to celebrate a special "Final Edition," or merely the last Gallardo to roll out of Sant'Agata Bolognese. Until we do see the Gallardo successor, feel free to watch Lamborghini reveling in the sound of its own awesomeness in the video below.

Lamborghini previews a supercar with no top, no windshield, and lots of power

Fri, Oct 2 2020

Fall weather be damned, Lamborghini's racing division is developing a roadster that has no top and no windshield. It published an image of a camouflaged prototype to give enthusiasts an early look at the model. Carefully study the psychedelic wrap, and you'll notice the roadster's passenger door wears a decal that says "attenzione: macchina veloce aperta," which means "warning: fast open car" in Italian. If this alert sounds familiar, it's likely because the track-only SCV12 unveiled earlier in 2020 wore similar decals. This suspicious coincidence leads us to speculate we're looking at an open-top version of Lamborghini's latest limited-edition supercar. Its full design remains hidden, though the silhouette is vaguely reminiscent of the Aventador J's. While technical specifications have yet to be announced, the SCV12 connection suggests power comes from a naturally-aspirated V12 that develops over 830 horsepower. It's mounted directly behind the passenger compartment, and it spins the rear wheels via a new six-speed automatic transmission. Carbon fiber keeps weight in check, while numerous aerodynamic add-ons designed by Lamborghini Squadra Corse keep the four wheels on the ground. Lamborghini will release additional details about its enigmatic drop-top in the next few weeks. Our crystal ball tells us the model will make its debut as a limited-edition car not developed for the street, but the lucky few owners will have the opportunity to put it through its paces in a series of global events organized by the brand.
