i picked this car up in a trade a while back, there is over $50,000 invested,it is a countach magna s coupe kit, titled as fiero, but it has a box tube chassis with all corvette suspension, the body is all there but has a cheap paintjob on it,and in my opinion needs blocked, and some lining up and redone.but all the goodies make this a very awesome and exotic ride..it has a built 440 chrysler motor,it is setup for big boost and has $10,000 worth of reciepts in the motor alone(no blower is on the car,and it has 7.5-1 compression)it needs boost to be at its real potential, the trans is a 400t j.w performance trans with forward maual valve body with bullet proof 4000 conv,$8500 in trans, this is driven by a reverves drive unit thru the trans into the independent rear suspension(lots of money and time invested.this car has it all,all m.s.d. electronics, digital gauges, fans, aluminum radiaters,,msd ignition with retard,it is basicaly a drag race setup that can be driven..,my plans were to put a d1 procharger on it and have a very safe 850 h.p street car.right now it is just sitting in my garage and i dont have the time to bring it up to my bodyshop to get it looking how i want it to look or time to invest to put a supercharger on it..it has about 170 miles on the new everything, motor, trans, drive gear..everything is basically new.the guy i got it has years of time into it...this car would be soo badass if someone would put a little time into it.

Listen to Lamborghini's 830-horsepower track special scream its heart out
Wed, Mar 25 2020Lamborghini's next V12-powered hypercar is around the corner, and there's a good chance you'll hear it coming before you see it. The company released a preview video that confirms its 12-cylinder sounds better than ever. The 17-second clip shows the as-yet-unnamed model lapping a race track as part of its shakedown testing program. We can clearly hear the naturally aspirated, 6.5-liter V12 whirring away as it approaches its redline. It's an evolution of the engine found in the mighty Aventador S, among other cars, but it's tuned to deliver 830 horsepower. As to the transmission it's paired with, your guess is as good as ours, but we wouldn't expect the manual gearbox to make a glorious comeback. Lamborghini's in-house design center, Centro Stile, and its triumphant racing division, Squadra Corse, joined forces to create the model. Developed exclusively for track use, it's decked out with numerous vents, wings, and scoops. The video suggests the widespread use of composite materials like carbon fiber keeps weight in check; we notably spot it on the massive rear diffuser and on the equally large spoiler. Odds are it's all over the interior, too. The company has pointed out the front sub-frame is manufactured from aluminum, and that an innovative self-locking-type differential makes the car more drivable as it approaches its limits. Center-locking wheels wrapped by sticky Pirelli tires are part of the package, too. The video does a formidable job of hiding the car's overall lines. It looks like the driver enters the cabin via a scissor door, which suggests the model is Aventador-sized (or, like rumors claim, Aventador-based). Alternatively, it might be a preview of the Aventador's replacement, which is due out in the early 2020s with hybrid power. What's certain is that it wears a low-slung design; it's no minivan, though Lamborghini has made one before. Lamborghini will release additional information in the coming months, and the car's full unveiling is scheduled to take place this summer. It's a limited-edition model, and while there's no word yet on how many examples will be built, it's reasonable to assume they'll all be spoken for by the time we see it. Lamborghini Performance
Lamborghini builds 20,000th Huracan, looks back on eight years of production
Fri, Apr 22 2022Lamborghini is celebrating a significant milestone: It has built 20,000 examples of the Huracan, its entry-level supercar. While that number might not sound impressive, it cements the V10-powered Huracan's positioning as the Italian firm's best-selling supercar by a wide margin. Finished in an eye-catching color called Grigio Acheso Matte, the 20,000th Huracan is an STO model that was built for an anonymous buyer in Monaco, so you won't find it basking under the spotlights in Lamborghini's official museum. Reaching the 20,000-unit mark also gives the Raging Bull the opportunity to look back on an eight-year-long production run. As of writing, 71% of Huracan buyers have chosen the coupe while 29% have selected the Spyder. The model's main market is the United States; that's where 32% of examples built have been sent. Lamborghini has gone to significant lengths to keep the Huracan fresh and competitive since it started building the model in 2014. An updated variant called EVO was released for 2020; it's available with rear- or all-wheel drive, and the aforementioned STO joined the lineup shortly after to bridge the gap between the production model and the cars that Lamborghini builds for various racing series around the world. The range grew again in 2022 with the unveiling of the Huracan Tecnica, which offers a 631-horsepower V10 engine and rear-wheel drive. Keep in mind that the Huracan remains a niche model made by a small company that used to be even smaller; building 20,000 cars is an impressive feat. Lamborghini manufactured an average of 250 cars annually during the first four decades of its existence. Precisely 1,999 units of the Countach, one of the Raging Bull's most emblematic models, were built during a production run that lasted for 17 years. One-off Lamborghini supercar coming to Geneva
Fri, Aug 14 2015At a reception in Monterey, CA, last night, Lamborghini CEO Stephan Winkelmann confirmed something we've kinda-sorta known for a while. The Italian automaker will debut a one-off supercar – sort of like the Veneno – at the Geneva Motor Show next year. We don't know anything about the bespoke machine, but Road & Track suggests it'll be a hybrid. Even though Lamborghini is iffy on this powertrain technology, electrification is a good way to make sure this supercar is on the same level as things like the Ferrari LaFerrari and Porsche 918 Spyder. Makes sense to us. Even though Lamborghini won't publicly show the car until March, a few folks are getting a preview this weekend in Monterey. Lamborghini invited a very small, very special group of owners and prospective customers to check out the supercar. Of course, we aren't sure if they're seeing the actual car or just some drawings or renderings. Not that it matters. We're sure this will be another case of the car already being spoken for as soon as it makes its debut. Related Video:
