PAYING FOR YOUR PURCHASE

Payment for your purchase can be made by: Cash in person, Certified check, Postal money order or bank-to-bank transfers. Payment in full must be received within 5 days from the closing date of the auction. Failure to comply with any part of the payment rules could void the transaction, but only at the discretion of the seller. If these forms or terms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid. All Texas buyers must pay TT&L including 6.25% state sales tax. Buyers outside of Texas are responsible for applicable taxes in your state. All sales are subject to Texas VIT tax based on .0030 of the purchase price, $125.00 documentary fee, $95.00 admin fee, and $5.00 fee for temporary tags. For example, on a $10,000.00 purchase, your cost would be $30.00 ($10,000.00 X .0030) plus $225.00 totaling $255.00.

FINANCING YOUR VEHICLE

Part of the reason we are able to keep our overhead low is that WE DO NOT FINANCE PURCHASES. We recommend that you wait to bid until you have approved financing available to you. Please do not bid if you have no financing arranged, or if you are not prepared to honor or follow through with your commitment with our prescribed payment plans. Your winning bid is a legal contract to purchase.

TITLE INFORMATION

In the State of Texas, most titles to vehicles are held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments from the time the vehicle is paid off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. We are a licensed and bonded dealer in the state of Texas and guarantee a clean title on all our vehicles. Provided title is in house at the time of purchase, titles on vehicles paid by cashier's check will be mailed in 10 days or 48 hrs if paid via wire transfer. Titles not in house at that time will be forwarded immediately upon reciept. All titles are sent via UPS2-day service for proper tracking. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
