All Original - this 1987 Jeep Grand Wagoneer is in EXCELLENT condition! It is currently registered and inspected and used on a daily basis.

Interior: Power seats & windows. As you can see from the pictures, the interior is in mint condition - no cracks or excessive wear. Driver's side seat has some fading.

Exterior: To make this Jeep perfect, a paint job would do the trick. It currently has a prime coat. There is no body damage and rust is minimal. No dings or dents. Wood paneling stickers are in fair condition - drivers side is in perfect condition, passenger side has some wear.

Engine: Runs perfect. The carburetor has been rebuilt and water pump has been replaced recently, as well as the ignition coil.

Back window motor works, but window holding bar needs to be replaced. We have the part and will include with the car. All other windows work nicely.

Car is located in Duxbury, MA. Buyer responsible for pick up. Local delivery within 40 miles can be arranged for an additional fee.

Chrysler, Nissan looking into claim that their cars are industry's most hackable

A pair of cyber security experts have awarded the ignominious title of most hackable vehicles on American roads to the 2014 Jeep Cherokee, 2014 Infiniti Q50 and 2015 Cadillac Escalade.
Charlie Miller and Chris Valasek are set to release a report at the Black Hat hacking conference in Las Vegas, Automotive News reports. The two men found the Jeep, Caddy and Q50 were easiest to hack based not on actual tests with the vehicles, but a detailed analysis of systems like Bluetooth and wireless internet access - basically, anything that'd allow a hacker to remotely gain access to the vehicle's systems.
Considering this lack of hands-on testing, the pair acknowledge that "most hackable" could be a relative term - they point out that the vehicles may actually be quite secure.

Chrysler recalls small number of 2013-2014 cars and trucks over engine debris

Chrysler is recalling a small number cars over issues with their 2.4-liter four-cylinder engines. The recall, which affects 522 examples of its 2013 Dodge Avenger and Chrysler 200 models, as well as 2014 Jeep Compass and Patriot CUVs has to do with potential debris in the balance shaft bearings.
The abrasive stuff can cause the oil pressure to drop, which could lead to the engine stalling or outright failure. This situation could at best leave drivers stranded and at worst lead to a crash.
Chrysler will begin notifying owners, who will need to report in to have the balance shaft module replaced. All repairs are naturally free of charge. Scroll down for the bulletin from NHTSA.

Is It An Off-Road Adventure Or Just A Walk In The Park?
I remember having to get out and lock hubs and shift into neutral to engage low range.
Coming off press previews of the 2013 Land Rover Range Rover and the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee that involved some heavy-duty off-road rock climbing, I'm simply amazed at the capabilities that these vehicles possess. But even more impressive (or troubling depending on your perspective) is the relative ease with which you can operate these vehicles in seemingly impossible terrain.
