Hello you are bidding on 2009 Jeep Liberty Limited 4X4 with Ragtop roof option. The vehicle runs and drives great. The vehicle sustained low level water damage to the vehicle. The water was only in the floor board of the vehicle was only in the floorboard of the vehicle. Everything works on the vehicle just like it should. The power seat, and all interior functions work great. We changed all the fluids on the vehicle. The vehicles body is very nice has a few minor door dings in the vehicle but nothing major. The vehicle is being sold as is damaged with salvage title. The vehicle appears to have never been wrecked. The vehicle is available for inspection, and please feel free to contact me at 502 817 2972 with any questions you have. The vehicle is dry in side we have not done anything to the vehicle you should be able to use as it is. We have put several miles on it. Super nice vehicle. New battery installed and there are no warning lights on. Vehicle being sold as is.

2015 Jeep Cherokee finds a bit more fuel mileage thanks to stop/start and aero tweaks

Just a year after it burst onto the scene, Jeep has already made a pretty substantial addition to its V6-powered Cherokee, which has proven to be an extremely popular seller so far for the brand, adding a new stop-start system for the midsize, off-road-ready CUV.
The addition of stop-start included a few aerodynamic tweaks to the Cherokee's polarizing body, resulting in a wallet-pleasing increase in fuel economy. According to the EPA, the front-drive, V6-powered Jeep will now return 21 miles per gallon in the city and 29 mpg on the highway, up from 19 city and 28 highway. Four-wheel-drive, V6-powered Cherokees, meanwhile, will now return 20 mpg in the city and 28 mpg on the highway, up from 19 mpg in the city and 27 mpg.
With 271 horsepower, 239 pound-feet of torque and these newly enhanced figures, it's refreshing to see a larger, naturally aspirated engine that is still able to take the fight to today's crop of small-displacement, turbocharged four-cylinders.

Freak accident during Jeep demonstration turns fatal

A 20-year-old woman was killed in Edmonton, Canada on Satuday, reports CTV News, in a freak accident resulting from a rollover during a Jeep demonstration. As part of a fundraising enthusiast event called "Jeeps Go Topless," the driver of one Jeep Wrangler drove up and onto the top of the tire of another.
CTV reports that the owner of the topmost Jeep then switched the vehicle off, posed for pictures and then dismounted from his vehicle. His movement off of the Jeep apparently caused it to tip over, crushing a woman who was on top of an adjacent vehicle. Edmonton police are currently investigating more fully what caused the parking lot accident to occur. Scroll below to watch the CTV News video report about this tragic incident.
