Zero or Negative Feedback Bidders:

If you have zero or negative feedback email me before you bid on any of my auctions to let me know you are a serious bidder. Do not bid without contacting me first or I will cancel your bid. Recently I have had a few non paying bidders, so I am serious when I say email me first before bidding on my auctions, or I will cancel your bid.

Communication:

I answer to questions as quickly as possible. If you have any question at all regarding my items feel free to ask. I encourage buyers to ask any questions they have before bidding to insure they know as much as possible about the item. Also you can check Q&A part at the end of the auction page; a similar question might have been already asked and answered.

 Receipt:

I don't have VINs or original receipts with my Seat Belts or Airbags. You will receive a receipt for your purchase from us. Please check your state's requirements before bidding

You can see my feedback I take pride in my feedback and the items I sell. Considering it is the only way to evaluate a seller, I think everyone on eBay should take it seriously.

Shipping:

Shipping is set at a flat rate cost for all buyers in the lower 48 states. That means if you live in CA or you live in NY the shipping cost remains the same as it is listed in the auction. Hawaii and Alaska please email me for shipping charges they may be a little more. I do not ship outside the US. I always combine /reduce shipping cost only if you win multiple items that can fit into the same box. All items are shipped out within 48 hours of receiving payment unless its on a weekend or holiday and tracking #'s are provided upon request unless its shipped out FEDEX then you will be emailed tracking info. I ship USPS and FEDEX depending on the weight and the size of the box. Some items may be disassembled or shipped without original box for shipping.

Returns:

If the item you receive is not as described, damaged more than described, or the wrong part completely, I will refund 100% of the price you paid for the item, not including shipping. I have never had an item returned due to these circumstances and I do not expect to have any returned. I describe the item as best as I can, and try to get the best pictures possible. Most of the items I sell are used and have wear, so do not expect to get showroom quality out of an item unless I state that it is in that good of condition. Please take time to research the items being sold in my auctions, look carefully at the pictures and description, and ask any questions you may have. Payment must be received in full and cleared before the item ships or is picked up.

Parts that have a title/documents:

 Please preview all attached pictures before placing the bid. Also, keep in mind that some minor cosmetic defects are not easily seen in the pictures, but any damage will be clearly pictured or mentioned. There is no guarantee offered on this item.
