Up for auction is this 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport with a 4.0 liter I-6 engine, an automatic transmission, and 4WD. The truck comes equipped with a gray cloth interior, power windows, and power door locks. This vehicle does have average wear and tear, like any used vehicle, such as light scratches, chipped and faded paint, creases and heavy scratches, a missing trim panel, and a small rust hole in the driver's side rocker panel. This SUV runs and drives well, and the tires have decent tread. This Jeep is well suited to rough, off-road terrain with its 4WD system and capable inline-six engine.

2019 Jeep Wrangler Moab spied near FCA headquarters?

Tue, Jul 31 2018

If past history is any indication of future realities, expect to see a bunch of special editions and new model designations for the new JL Jeep Wrangler starting, well, right about now. A member at JL Wrangler Forums spotted a car carrier about 10 miles from FCA headquarters on which sat a couple Wranglers. And one silver Unlimited model was wearing a conspicuous set of Moab stickers along with a bevy of bits and pieces cribbed from Jeep's expansive aftermarket parts catalog. In addition to the Moab labeling, this Wrangler sports steel bumpers, blacked-out wheels and trim, and beefy BFGoodrich Mud Terrain KM2 tires. We also note body-color fender flares and a set of rock rails to keep the bodywork protected from boulders. We only have one image and we can't see inside, but our guess is that the Moab would sort of bridge the gap between the stylish Sahara and off-road-ready Rubicon models. JL Wrangler Forum members seem to think this is the real deal and not just some stickers affixed by a dealer, but without more images or official confirmation from Jeep, we can't know for sure. But we'd be shocked if more Wrangler variants weren't in the works for the 2019 model year. In other words, stay tuned for more. Related Video: This content is hosted by a third party. Jeep spied testing Hellcat-powered Grand Cherokee Trackhawk

Fri, Mar 11 2016

The Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk is coming. We know this, because Mike Manley, the head of Jeep, said so. We showed you this brief spy video a while back, but now we have our clearer images of the Trackhawk undergoing testing. And it looks just like a normal Grand Cherokee SRT. Yeah, anti-climactic, we know. The four shots we have show a bit of camo over the front bumper and grille, likely concealing a tweaked design or visible bits of the 6.2-liter, supercharged V8. It looks like there's a rather substantial opening below the upper grille, almost like a ram-air system. There's also a smidge of what looks like tape on the front wheel arches, although this might not mean much of anything. What's interesting is what isn't here. There's no perceivable change to the back of the car. The exhaust pipes look like they're about the same size, there's no noticeable changes to the aerodynamics, and in fact, there's not even any camouflage. Jeep also hasn't updated the Grand Cherokee Trackhawk's hood, which is somewhat surprising considering the changes for every other Hellcat-equipped vehicle (concepts included). You can check out our earliest look at the Trackhawk up top. As for when this monstrous Grand Cherokee will debut, we're expecting it to arrive sometime in 2017, perhaps on FCA's home turf at the Detroit Auto Show. Related Video:

Jeep Yuntu three-row crossover spied testing on public roads

Tue, Jan 2 2018

Jeep is doing very well, especially compared to most other FCA brands. Still, there's a three-row sized hole in the automaker's lineup. In April 2017, the Jeep Yuntu made its debut at the Shanghai Auto Show. While that plug-in hybrid was just a concept, we now have a second set of spy shots showing that a road-going Yuntu is deep into development. Even with the black and white camouflage, there's no mistaking this for anything other than a Jeep. The new model looks like a larger Grand Cherokee with styling elements cribbed from the new Compass and refreshed Cherokee, though the profile unsurprisingly reminds us of the Dodge Durango (essentially a three-row Grand Cherokee). The thin headlights and taillights have made it over from the concept, though both are toned down for the production version. A three-row Jeep is all but officially confirmed for the US. The real question is what it will be called. We doubt Americans will fall head over heels for a American vehicle named the Yuntu. Reviving the Wagoneer or Grand Wagoneer nameplates seems far more likely. We can only speculate on powertrains, but considering the Yuntu concept was a plug-in hybrid, expect some flavor of electrification. Related Video: This content is hosted by a third party.
