Up for auction is my 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport. This vehicle runs and drives great!!! There are new tires and wheels with only a few thousand miles on them. there is also a 4.5" lift on the vehicle. with the lift and tires this vehicle drives down the road as it would when it was new. All of the suspension work was done by a local off road shop.There is also a Yamika roof rack on the top which is $300.00 dollars plus another $100.00 for the rails it attaches to. There is thousands of dollars in extras in this truck.the exterior of this Jeep is in great shape. There is no rot anywere on this truck. The underbody of this truck is also in great shape. There is still factory paint on the underbody. The interior of this vehicle is also in great condition.There are no rips or tears anywere on the interior of this vehicle. All of the options in this vehicle work as they did when it was new. The four wheel drive works great also with no issues whatsoever. I have never taken this vehicle off road. It is only used as transportation. This truck is over all in great condition. It is a very well taken care of vehicle that has never been abused, vehicles that have been maintained such as this one are hard to come by, please bid with confidence and feel free to ask any questions.

2014 Jeep Cherokee configurator up and running
Fri, 09 Aug 2013Production delays aside, Jeep is steaming towards its September on-sale date for the 2014 Cherokee. The reborn midsizer's configurator has just gone live, meaning you can fiddle with different options, colors and trim levels to your heart's content.
The cheapest model available is the 4X2 Sport, which starts at a reasonable $22,995. On the high end, the Cherokee's builder allowed us to indulge our passion for ludicrously priced vehicles by outfitting the top-end Trailhawk, which already starts at $29,495, with $8,610 in options. The resulting car, which you can see above, would retail for $39,100 after the $995 destination is factored in.

Fiat 500X poised for Paris catwalk
Wed, 05 Feb 2014We've known for some time that the new, Fiat-based baby Jeep (which may or may not be called the Jeepster) is set to arrive at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show. What we weren't sure of was whether its platform mate, the so-called Fiat 500X, would be doing so alongside or at a later date. Well, according to Reuters, we'll get to see the first all-wheel-drive 500 later this year in the City of Lights.
Yes, we can expect the 500X to arrive at the 2014 Paris Motor Show, according to an official with an Italian trade union. The unnamed source cited retooling at Fiat's Melfi factory, in southern Italy, which currently produces the Grande Punto. It's expected that the newest member of the growing 500 family will replace the Suzuki SX4-based Fiat Sedici, although when the X will go on sale remains an open question.
According to Reuters, both the Jeepster and 500X will be built alongside each other in Italy. Whether the 500X will cross the pond with it's slat-grilled cousin, though, remains to be seen (we're leaning towards yes).
Jurassic Park made a big impact on these Jeep drivers

Not only did it play into practically every little boy's love of dinosaurs, the movie included some great action scenes and special effects that still hold up today. In its latest video, The Aficionauto takes a look the Jurassic Park Motor Pool, a California car club with over 40 fans who created replica vehicles from the iconic film.
The club is made up of an interesting cross-section of people. Many of them were Jeep Wrangler fans that already loved off-roading and Jurassic Park, and liked the idea of bringing them together. Like any close-knit club, it ends up being about community and people coming together to share their interests. It's quite a heartwarming video.
