This Jeep was owned by the previous owner for the last 15 years and the jeep was painted once in its life prior to that owner.

Many nice upgrades have been done to the jeep over the years making it the ultimate machine.  The front and rear end were completely gone through and added were 373 Gears, Solid axles, and Detroit lockers front and rear. At the same time New driveshafts were installed front and rear.  Complete new suspension added all the way around new springs with 2 inches of lift. Also  a new 9500 Warn winch has been installed, and towing package receiver hitch added. Modern style CD Stereo installed.

The body on this jeep is solid along with the floor pans and tub. There are a few minor blemishes and bubbles in the paint in a few small areas just from an old paint job. The top is in great condition with only minor blemishes in the fiberglass, no rot or issues that need addressing. Keep in mind, this Jeep is Un-restored and has not had a paint job in over 15 years and has been driven regularly local. This is just a damn nice and rare jeep that can be used as your daily driver or weekend getaway driver.

If you are looking for a great all around Jeep that has not been molested and passed through a bunch of different people then this is it. No Rhino lining anywhere, not frame sprayed with undercoat or tub P.O.R to death to hide anything. What you see is what you get.

Daily Driver: Long-Term 2014 Jeep Cherokee

Tue, Mar 10 2015

As a fan of the boxy Jeep styling of old, I was disappointed when photos first leaked of Jeep's revived Cherokee in early 2013. Then the midsize crossover arrived in Autoblog's longterm garage in May of 2014 and my opinion did a 180. I was prompted to rethink the exterior design of the vehicle after reading our reviewer's interview with head Jeep designer Mark Allen. "The previous, blocky Cherokee was so aerodynamically inefficient, it would be wrong to do it," Allen told Autoblog's Jonathon Ramsey. That made sense. After all, Jeep is a brand associated with the outdoors, so its only natural that they seek to produce efficient, yet capable vehicles. It was then I began reconsidering the sleek lines of the new Cherokee. What once seemed bland and rounded now appeared streamlined and purpose-built. I also give Jeep credit for the slim headlamp silhouette, which look like no other SUV on the market – a far cry from the distinct circular lamps on Wranglers or squared headlights of past XJs. As I drove our long-term Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk on a few road trips, my affinity for the vehicle's comfortable interior grew as well. The seats held up to a nine-hour trek to Montreal, and the Chrysler Uconnect system made navigating the roads and the radio a breeze. Above you'll hear my early impressions of the Cherokee, and below you'll find a previous long-term update featuring Autoblog's Steven Ewing and Chris McGraw. UPDATE: The video mistakingly indicates that the Jeep Cherokee features LED headlights. The Jeep Cherokee, in fact, has daytime running lamps with LED accent lighting. Related Video:

Watch the 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Hellcat blast off

Thu, Jan 21 2016

It's all but official. Jeep will produce a Hellcat version of the Grand Cherokee with crazy horsepower. We mean crazy. Today, our spy shooters have captured video footage of this demonic creation. It's pretty short, but you can see a dark Grand Cherokee launch with vigor and then brake hard to a halt. We think we detect the whine of a supercharger amid the commotion. Jeep boss Mike Manley has said on video that the JGC Hellcat will arrive before the end of next year. Specs aren't known, but it seems likely that the Jeep Hellcat will share the blown 6.2-liter V8 used in the Charger and Challenger Hellcats. We've also heard rumors the Trackhawk name could be used for this vehicle. In those applications, the beastly Hemi pumps out 707 manic horsepower. Really, why wouldn't you do this? Jeep sales surged 22 percent around the world last year to 1.2 million, the brand's best year ever. Clearly, Jeep decided it was time to add an extreme performance vehicle. Jeep already sells an SRT model that pumps out 475 hp, so adding a top-end Hellcat seems logical. And a Hell of a lot of fun. Related Video:

2014 Jeep Cherokee configurator up and running

Fri, 09 Aug 2013

Production delays aside, Jeep is steaming towards its September on-sale date for the 2014 Cherokee. The reborn midsizer's configurator has just gone live, meaning you can fiddle with different options, colors and trim levels to your heart's content.
The cheapest model available is the 4X2 Sport, which starts at a reasonable $22,995. On the high end, the Cherokee's builder allowed us to indulge our passion for ludicrously priced vehicles by outfitting the top-end Trailhawk, which already starts at $29,495, with $8,610 in options. The resulting car, which you can see above, would retail for $39,100 after the $995 destination is factored in.
Head on over to Jeep's build-it-yourself website and have a look around.
