Up for Bid is my 1979 Jeep CJ7 Renegade with a 360 V8 3speed manual transmission. ONLY 3200 miles on a new 360 V8 that will climb a tree!!! This Jeep has headers and side pipes with a turbo muffler for an awesome sound!! Jeep has a solid rear axel and front and rear drive shafts have been replaced!!! New bushing, tire rods, and U-joints. Power steering and Front disc brakes make this Jeep a joy to drive. Jeep sits on a new set of bullet hole rims and Brand New Wild Country Radial MTX 33x12.5x15LT tires. Jeep has hard top and hard doors but also comes with matching Bestop Bikini top and half doors . New fender flares!!! Original paint and decals!! Clean interior with tan seats, orginal dash pad, all gauges, lights, turn signals are in working order. All factory heat and defrost along with wipers are working properly. Fiat/PSA's dominance in small vans hangs up EU's merger approval

BRUSSELS — EU antitrust regulators are concerned about Fiat Chrysler and Peugeot / PSA's combined high market share in small vans and may require concessions to clear their $50 billion merger, people familiar with the matter said. The companies, which are seeking to create the world's fourth biggest carmaker, were told of the European Commission's concerns last week. If Fiat and PSA fail to dispel the European Commission's doubts in the next two days and subsequently decline to offer concessions by Wednesday, the deadline for doing so, the deal would face a four-month-long investigation. The EU competition enforcer, which has set a June 17 deadline for its preliminary review, declined to comment. Fiat was not immediately available for comment while PSA had no immediate comment. Hiving off overlapping businesses, usually a regulatory demand to ensure more competition, could prove tricky for the carmakers because of the technicalities. Fiat and PSA are looking to merge to help offset slowing demand and shoulder the cost of making cleaner vehicles to meet tougher emissions regulations. The deal puts under one roof the Italian carmaker's brands such as Fiat, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Maserati and the French company's Peugeot, Opel and DS. Freak accident during Jeep demonstration turns fatal

A 20-year-old woman was killed in Edmonton, Canada on Satuday, reports CTV News, in a freak accident resulting from a rollover during a Jeep demonstration. As part of a fundraising enthusiast event called "Jeeps Go Topless," the driver of one Jeep Wrangler drove up and onto the top of the tire of another.
CTV reports that the owner of the topmost Jeep then switched the vehicle off, posed for pictures and then dismounted from his vehicle. His movement off of the Jeep apparently caused it to tip over, crushing a woman who was on top of an adjacent vehicle. Edmonton police are currently investigating more fully what caused the parking lot accident to occur. Scroll below to watch the CTV News video report about this tragic incident.
