This is a custom 1973 Jeep CJ5, it has been modified by a Custom shop with a Custom Roll Cage that serves as an air tank in the rear and what came out to be about a 4 inch Suspension Lift with Heavy duty (Chevy) leaf springs. The Fenders have been modified to run larger tires on the jeep for rock crawling. The jeep now has a Dana 60 front end and a GM 14 Bolt in the rear, both which have 4.56 gears in them. The rear has a locker in it. The tires are 37x12.5 R17 on Dale Jr. Cannon 17 inch Wheels that are in great shape. The engine has just been tuned and is a Straight 6 which runs well. There's no denying the fact that the Jeep Wrangler is one tough and rugged vehicle, and there is apparently little lost when the SUV is shrunk down for a 1:10th scale radio-controlled version. Proving that the Axial SCX10 Jeep Wrangler is not your run-of-the-mill R/C car, YouTube user Andrew Dykiel posted a pair of videos showing it clear about an inch of snow from his sidewalk and driveway during a snow storm last month.
