The vehicle has had one owner, there was a title change from the original owner from a Company name to the personal
name, it has been in the same ownership since new.

Model Overview

Both XKs and XKRs come in a coupe or convertible.Constructed mostly of aluminum, the 2007 Jaguar XK and XKR are
significantly stiffer than prior generations. The 4.2L V8 engine is refined and powerful, and is mated to a 6-speed
sequential transmission with steering wheel paddle shifters. Underneath, the eCATS system actively adjusts the
suspension to keep the ride smooth yet sporty. Traction control and dynamic stability control are standard, and the
roomy interior is even stocked with a standard DVD-based navigation system. The 4-model lineup includes the
normally-aspirated V8 XK coupe and convertible and their rakish alter egos, the supercharged XKRs.Jaguar aimed for
a thoroughbred sports car with the XK and XKRs and succeeded. The chassis has many aluminum components, helping the
convertibles remain stiff enough to handle as respectable sports cars. The transmission, with three settings, can
be luxury smooth or razor sharp depending on the driver's mood.Luxury is Jaguar's signature, and both XK and XKR
come well-appointed and offer several customization options. On the XK, plenty of leather, aluminum, and two
choices of interior wood trim make for a classy interior. Opt for the Aluminum Luxury package and 20-inch
staggered-width wheels and tires are added, the dashboard gets wrapped in leather, the seats receive 16-way power
adjusters and the steering wheel is heated. An Advanced Technology Package adds adaptive cruise control and active
front lighting. Other features available are Keyless Entry and Keyless Start, 7-in. touchscreen for audio,
telephone, climate, navigation, personalization and valet, Dual-stage airbags and side, seat-mounted airbags for
front occupantsThe XKR can be made even more opulent. Owners select from either aluminum or three wood trims to
begin with.

When you bid you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the
vehicle described above. If you do not intend to purchase this item, do not bid! Unqualified Bidding, Auction
Interference, and any form of Harassment will be subject to legal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
-All bidders must have all loans pre-approved before bidding on our vehicles.
-Seller reserves the right to cancel this auction if the vehicle described herein is sold away from or apart from.
Seller shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.
-You are entering a legal and binding contract, and by bidding you agree to
stated terms and conditions and understand the stated terms and conditions.
-All vehicles are sold with NO warranty from the seller expressed
nor implied. This is in full accordance with the laws of the State of
Georgia regarding motor vehicle sales. Please be advised, there still may
be an existing factory warranty left on some of the vehicles or a FREE
limited warranty that may be offered through eBay.
I welcome vehicle inspections BEFORE auction ending, by a reputable inspector that eBay recommends or your
inspector of choice because after the transaction is complete I will NOT be held responsible for vehicle failures
or any cost of repairs due to obvious reasons such as new owner's driving habits or scheduled maintenance neglects,
etc..

PAYMENT
The successful high bidder must submit a non-refundable $1,000.00 deposit within 48 hours after the close of the
auction to secure the vehicle.
Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance by certified check or money
order. Due within 7 days of the close of the auction. All deals are to be
finalized within 7 days. I will notify eBay on the accounts of all high bidders who do not complete the
transaction.
All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the
vehicle.
Out of State consumers are responsible for
registering and paying applicable taxes in their home
state.

Non-Paying Bidders:
-Non paying bidders will be responsible for for a minimum
of $300 fees, not including holding and storage fees. Remember that you
are entering a legal and binding contract, and by bidding you agree to
stated terms and conditions and understand the following terms and
conditions. IF you bid and do not pay and do not pay the $300
non-paying service charge I WILL file the debt in full against your
credit.

Pickup, Shipping, Transportation and Storage
-Any vehicle pickup must be with prior appointment. I am available for deliveries Monday through Saturday between
10am - 4pm. -Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges. (if Buyer wishes to have the vehicle shipped to
any location, he/she must pay for all transportation costs. I will be happy to assist you with finding a reputable
shipper; however, shipping and handling of the vehicle will be the Buyers responsibility. If the vehicle is paid in
full within the 7 days time period, I can store the vehicle for the Buyer at no additional charge for 30 days,
vehicles left over 30 days will incur a $10 daily
storage charge.
-All bidders are encouraged to participate in my
auction; however, bidders with a previous non-pay, or only negative
feedback will require prior approval, or bids will be canceled (do not
wait). I reserve the right to: Obtain and verify the registered
information of all bidders participating in this auction. Cancel any
and all bids at our discretion. I will not allow for bidders to cancel
or retract their bids 24 hours before the auction ends. Delivery of the
vehicle described above is in Atlanta GA.
