2000 Jaguar XJR Here is a very nice 2000 Jaguar that is a 1 Owner and ONLY has 58K Original Miles on it. Check out my store for more great Unique and Classic Cars. Look at the Autocheck Score. Make sure and check out the Video below. This is a very nice car and one of the most fun cars you will ever drive. These cars have the huge 4.0L V8 that is Supercharged. These cars put out a ton of power. This is a 1 Owner Car that only has 58K Original Miles on it. Someone took good care of this car over the years but it does have an issue that is going to have to be addressed. The turbo on this car is bad and is going to have to fixed or replaced. I paid to have the timing chain replaced and then come to find out the bearings are loose in the turbo and that's what you can hear. I didn't want to fix it and not get the warranty. I figured if you fixed it or had it replaced you would get the warranty for the work. I would probably get a new one instead of fixing this one but that is just me. The car is currently is valet mode and has some lights on and won't go over 30mph due to the turbo being bad. Other then that the car is super nice. Under the hood and undercarriage are clean and dry as can be. Make sure to watch the video I do a complete walk around of the car inside and out and even take it for a test drive. This is a 1 Owner Car that ONLY has 58K Original Miles The exterior of this car is beautiful. It is white in color and I don't usually like white on cars but this car really pulls it off. The paint is very nice and has a nice shine to it. The car looks like it was parked in a garage most of the time. The body is straight as can be and it's hard to find a ding anywhere. There is some scrapes on the front bumper and if it was me I would just have that painted at some point. The car looks great just like it is though. I really like the bigger factor 18" wheels that they put on these cars. The really give it a nice look. The tires are very nice and have lots of tread life left. The interior is very nice on this car. It is a tan in color and shows hardly any wear. The drivers seats shows a tiny bit of wear like a couple stress marks in it but other then that the seats have no rips or tears in them anywhere. The back seats don't look like they hardly ever got sat in. The carpets are in the same great shape and I like how they did the two tone interior with the black carpets. It really gives it a classy/luxury look. These cars are fully loaded with every options imaginable or that you could want. Everything on the car seems to work but watch the video I go through and show you everything. This car is just a rare beauty that you just don't see to many like. Once the car is fixed you will have a super low mile car that you will be hard pressed to find a cleaner one. I took pictures of every detail of this car so you can get the full picture and know exactly what you are getting. Jaguar axes supercar plans, focuses on luxury EVs
Tue, Jul 26 2016Jaguar is abandoning plans to replace the XK coupe and convertible and won't build a production variant of the C-X75 supercar, according to Automobile Magazine. Previous reports indicated that Jaguar could revive the XK line as a grand tourer, but the automaker has turned toward building two electric vehicles (EV). One would be a replacement for the XJ sedan and the other a premium SUV. The large luxury EV, codenamed X590, is reported to be a four-door coupe with a rear hatch that signifies a drastic shift in strategy by Jaguar. The vehicle is said to be a compromise between Jaguar Land Rover CEO Ralf Speth and Jaguar design chief Ian Callum. According to the report, the X590 will utilize a new electronic architecture that can be adapted to accommodate the software for autonomous driving capability that was developed under former BMW engineer Wolfgang Ziebart. Jaguar looks to take on the Tesla Model S and the slew of electric vehicles from Germany with the X590. While Jaguar hopes the EV will allow the automaker to expand to a new segment, it will continue to sell the current XJ alongside the X590. Meanwhile, an unnamed source claims Jaguar will put an electric SUV on the road shortly after the X590 in 2019. Originally planned as a Range Rover, the ute is reported to have a modern look with a focus on aerodynamics. The SUV will be offered as a rear-wheel-drive model with one motor or an all-wheel-drive version with two motors. Both variants will have a choice of three battery packs based on range, performance, and charge time. Jaguar expects to put 20,000 to 30,000 units of the X590 on the road every year, while the SUV, which should be more affordable, will have a production rate between 30,000 and 50,000 units. With the electric and SUV segment continuing to grow, Jaguar is looking to capitalize with two new vehicles that could set the tone for its future. Related Video:
Jaguar F-Pace snapped inside and out
Tue, Apr 28 2015We've seen the Jaguar F-Pace undergoing testing before: at the Nurburgring, in the snow, and wearing a variety of different bodywork as development has progressed. But we've never seen it this close, and we've never seen it inside, until now. This latest batch of spy shots shows Coventry's new crossover out on the road undergoing warm-weather testing in what looks like Spain. It's tellingly parked in between a Jaguar XE and Range Rover Evoque, the gap between which the F-Pace is expected to bridge. It's still wearing heavy camouflage, of course, but this is our first glimpse inside the cockpit. The cabin rather similar to the one on the new XF sedan – and hardly any more upright, either, which tells us a bit about the handling character Jaguar is going after with the F-Pace. Expect to see the finished product at the Frankfurt Motor Show this coming fall – the same show where it unveiled the C-X17 concept two years ago to preview its arrival. Related Video:

Sun, Mar 14 2021It was 60th years ago on March 15 that Jaguar famously unveiled its E-type sports car at the Geneva auto show, after having driven a coupe and a convertible down from England overnight. And while the British automaker is commemorating the milestone with six specially restored vintage E-type coupe-and-convertible pairs, that leaves many fans shut out. For those seeking a less-spendy way to honor the occasion, there are two new options: a commemorative watch and rally timer boxed set, and a special whisky. British watchmaker Bremont has created a special watch to mark the occasion. The automatic chronograph features a black face with either a green or a gray bi-directional rotating bezel and matching leather strap. The colors reference the green roadster and gray coupe that debuted at the show. On the back, the movement is visible through a sapphire glass window, there's a rendition of the E-type's three-spoke steering wheel, and each watch is numbered. The textured crown features the tread pattern of the E-type's Dunlop racing tires. Each watch comes as a boxed set with a two-instrument rally timer with a stopwatch and a clock. The instruments are mounted on an engine-turned metal plate and can be displayed in a wood case or fitted into a vehicle. The price for the watch-and-rally-timer duo is $16,495, and 60 in each watch color will be made. As an added enticement, buyers can attend a Jaguar Classic experience in the U.K. wherein they get a chance to drive three vintage Jaguars. If 16 large is still a little rich for your budget, Bremont makes several other Jaguar-inspired timepieces: the $4,895 MkIII, the $6,695 MkII, the $6,895 D-type, and the $8,995 MkI. Or maybe you'd prefer to toast the E-type's birthday with some brown liquor. Might we suggest the Glenturret E-type 60th Anniversary Single Malt Whisky? It hails from Scotland's oldest distillery and comes with a presentation box and a key ring. No driving experience, alas. The whiskey is limited to 265 bottles, the number corresponding to the 265 horsepower in the original E-type.
