1979 International Scout II 4x4 NO RESERVE

Nice running 1979 International Scout II 4x4 that is perfect for off-road, hunting, hill climbing, toy hauler or just cruising down the road. The engine is a 345 V8 with lots of torque and power, the transmission is a 727 automatic, front hubs are made by Warn and the rear axle is from a a 1-ton dually truck. The engine has a new Edelbrock 1406 carburetor.

The body has a very nice flat black paint and is straight with only a couple minor dings. The top is removable and comes with a bikini top. Doors and tailgate open and close nicely, all windows have good glass and the front and rear bumpers are chromed. This is also set up with a heavy duty tow package and wiring.

The interior has bucket seats in front and bench in rear complete with seat belts and roll bar. The automatic transmission is controlled by a floor shifter. Factory equipment includes power steering, power brakes, tilt column and cruise control. Factory gauges are still in place but the temp gauge is the only one that works. The A/C is not hooked up. All lights work great.

The underside of the truck is solid (see pictures). There is some minor surface rust in places and a rust spot on the passenger door sill. The tires are heavy duty 245R 75x16 from Big O mounted on 8 lug chrome wheels.
