1967 Scout 800 Half top 4x4 Features:

Engine:

· Original 196ci (3.2L) 4 cylinder rebuilt with less than 600 miles on it.

· Upgraded carburator from the stock single barrel to a Webber two barrel 32/36.

· Upgraded ignition from the stock points ignition to an electronic Performance Distributors DUI ignition.

· New starter, alternator, fuel pump, plugs and plug wires and battery.

Transmission Transfer case and Axles:

· T-90 4 speed transmission and Dana 20 Transfer case.

· Dana 44 rear axle and Dana 27 front axle both upgraded to disc brakes.

· Spring over conversion for added lift.

· Skyjacker steering stabilizer.

Brakes:

· Four wheel disc brake conversion.

· Upgraded single master cylinder to a dual master cylinder for more stopping power.

· Fresh paint using single stage Nason in 2012 Ford “Performance white”.

· All trim, emblems and door handles and knobs powder coated.

· Rhino lined bedliner, inner cab and inner removable top.

· POR 15 frame and under body.

Wheels and Tires:

· XD Series 17” Powder coated wheels with Kuhmo “Road Venture” 265/70-17s. Less than 600mi on both.

Stereo:

· JVC CD player with USB or Bluetooth port for IPHONE or IPOD control.

· Two 6” Blaupunkt water resistant speakers and tweeters

· One 10” Infinity Baselink speaker enclosure with incorporated amplifier and remote bass adjustment.

Misc upgrades:

· Tinted door glass, vent windows and rear glass. Windshield has a slight grey tint as well.

Literally everything on this scout is new. It starts and runs flawlessely, everytime and will be your everyday driver as it’s become mine. The half top can be removed or installed in minutes. I bought this Scout one year ago with absolutely zero rust and anyone who know Scouts knows that’s getting harder and harder to find. As is, this Scout with reach speeds of 65-70 MPH. Much more than that and your probably pushing it. The goal of this Scout was to keep it mostly stock with a few performance upgrades to make it a daily driver, not cut it to pieces and make it a rock crawler.
