Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS" by Seller.

This Motor Vehicle is sold "As Is" Without any Warranty, either Expressed or Implied, Including any Implied Warranties of Merchantability or Fitness for a particular purpose. The Purchaser (Buyer) will bear the entire Expense of Repairing or Correcting  any Defects that may Presently Exist or that may Occur in the Vehicle. The Dealer (Seller) neither Assumes, nor Authorizes any other Person to Assume for it any Liability in Connection with the Sale of this Vehicle. The Dealer (Seller) shall not have any Responsibility for the Consequential Damages, Damages to Property, Damages for Loss of Use, Loss of Time, Loss of Profits, or Income, or any other Incidental Damages with Respect to any Defect or Malfunction or Unfitness or Other Deficiency of this Vehicle. The Dealer (Seller) makes no Warranties, Representations or Assurances that the Motor Vehicle Contains only Original Manufacturer Installed or Manufacturer Rebuilt Components, Parts or Accessories.

No Representations or Warranties are made by Seller, nor are any Representations or Warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.

Except for Warranty of the Manufacturer, IF ANY, the entire Risk as to the Quality and Performance of the Vehicle proves defective after purchase the Buyer and Not the Dealer, Distributor or Retailer assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing and repair.

Buyer acknowledges, that prior the Sale He/She was suggested to have the vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic of Buyer’s choice and at Buyer’s expense in order to be re insured in the quality of the vehicle.  

By accepting delivery of the Vehicle Buyer agrees that the condition of the Vehicle is satisfactory and acceptable. 

Vehicle history reports provided by third parties, such as Autocheck and/or Carfax may not be current and/or accurate and Buyer relies on such reports at his or her own risk.

Information deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Interested parties should confirm all data before relying on it to make a purchase decision.

Internet prices may not be compatible with dealer sponsored or subsidized subprime financing.   

Buyer expressly acknowledges that the Vehicle being purchased under this Order has been involved in an prior accident, has a previous salvage history and sustained damage as a result of such accident and that repairs have been done to it. Some motor vehicles with previous lease/rental/fleet/commercial/personal use, may have been involved in any kind of accidents that were not reported to the Vehicle History Reports databases.

The car has one or more of the following issues, including but not limited to previous accident, improper repair and/or use, frame damage, airbag deployment, flood, hail, bio-hazard, salvage history, total loss, theft, vandalism, not actual mileage, etc. This is a Buyer's sole obligation to research a previous history, prior use or designation of this vehicle, as well as research title and accident history, and to have satisfied himself/herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely.

We’re not responsible for typographical errors or omissions in pricing or equipment on vehicles.

Any claims or disputes must be made in writing to Real Motors LLC within 7 days of vehicle purchase.
