This car has been my baby since the beginning and still is but its time to part ways from it. Everything is in working condition. The attention to detail on everything has not been missed.

The Top Secret Coilovers with the Roberuta cup kit lets you raise the car up when you have steep driveways or speed bumps. This car is the only one that has this kit in the front and the rear of the car. There is a remote to control this or i have also added buttons to conveniently control this. This is definitely a great feature for any low profile car

The motor is healthy. It is however sometimes blowing out some smoke during warm up. Im just very meticulous about everything so something little can be a concern for me.  A leak down test was done and the the block is healthy. Other than that the cars is in pristine condition. I have been driving it around for the past year and half and it runs great with no issues. I suggest taking the motor out and should be something simple but yes you do have to pull the motor to fix the issue.

Here is just an article of the car and some extra professional images of the car that was featured on PasMag.

We’re raised with the perception that red is a stimulating color and for the most part it’s pretty accurate. Models wear red lipstick, fire is red, Christian Louboutin shoe bottoms are red, and red headed girls are known to be feisty. Yup, that’s red. Los Angeles resident Dallas Tung’s 2006 Infiniti G35 carries on the red tradition because it truly stimulates every one of the senses. It seems like building a car in L.A. would be easier, but it can get more complicated if you want to be original. While there are endless supplies of aftermarket parts, manufacturers and distributors in the City of Angels, there are also a countless number of fixed up cars rolling around that you have to compete with at the shows. And that’s not even getting into how many G35 Coupes Infiniti has put on the streets over the years. This wasn’t going to be a cakewalk for Dallas, but we Angelinos don’t back down from many challenges, which is probably why people don’t care too much for us.

For Dallas, standing out from the herds of sport compacts in a city full of enthusiasts was priority. A Ken Style front bumper matched with an APR rear bumper and wide fenders all custom wrapped in carbon fiber was just the tip of the iceberg. Dallas sprung the extra cash for a Top Secret vented hood, JDM taillights and blacked out headlights. And of course, he had the entire thing sprayed down in a downright vicious red hue based off the Rosso Vik Lamborghini. With the extra girth, Dallas needed something to fill up the gapping wheel wells so he ordered a set of custom carbon HRE 545R rims in absurd 20x10 (f) and 20x12 (r) sizes matched with Pirelli PZero tires of equal monstrosity. Though with all these goodies, Dallas has to be careful driving his beauty up the steep driveways and mammoth potholes Los Angeles has come to offer.

Dallas’ next goal was to test the limits of the VQ35DE engine. While the 3.5 liter V6 engine can hold its own, it was left in the hands of SM Motorsport to beef up the bottom end with Brian Crower connecting rods, Cosworth piston rings, and ARP head and main studs. Amazingly, the 745 hp and 660 lb-ft of torque was achieved with a GReddy Tuner Turbo Kit and a ridiculous fuel system. Though it is an off-the-shelf bolt on kit, the GReddy kit still comes with two very ballsy TD06SH turbos to shell out the boost. But often forgotten with forced induction taking the spotlight is a fuel delivery system that can keep up with the flow or else your engine goes boom. Assisting in the delivery are a fuel rail and high pressure pump pushing some very expensive high octane petrol through the 1,000cc Injector Dynamics fuel injectors. All this controlled by an UPREV engine management system makes Dallas’ G35 deadlier on the streets than supercars with triple the price tag of his Infiniti.

nside Dallas’ G35 is kept simple, but effective. The stock and Recaro racing seats were both custom wrapped in a combination of leather and alcantara making you feel like you’re sitting inside a fancy party limo rather than a high performance street car. His I.C.E selection is narrowed down to a Kenwood 7100 DVD head unit, Audioson 950 watt amplifier, two JL Audio subwoofers, and three monitors in the trunk all custom installed in their own enclosures. These components work in conjunction with each other trying to battle the already ear deafening roar of an HKS high-power exhaust. Oh yeah, everything is accented in red of course.

Okay, so I lied earlier. The one sense Dallas’ G35 doesn’t stimulate is taste, but only because we haven't tried to lick it…yet. But four out of five isn’t bad and if you’re able to track Dallas down at a car show, maybe he’ll let you run your tongue across one of the fenders. Don’t count on it though, he’ll probably just think that you’re weird for asking. We’re pretty sure Dallas will be busy with other things like adding to his trophy collection where he wins Best in Class at just about every show he enters. For now, just sit back and enjoy this red menace.

Infiniti spruces up Q70L Bespoke Edition for Shanghai [w/video]

Tue, Apr 21 2015

"Luxury" is a relative term. Take the Infiniti Q70, for instance, which most of us would find plenty luxurious. But some buyers – in China especially – wanted more, so Infiniti stretched it out into the Q70L. And now it's revealed the even more luxurious Q70L Bespoke Edition. Revealed for the first time at the Shanghai Motor Show down the coast from the company's global headquarters in Hong Kong, the Infiniti Q70L Bespoke Edition is designed to "fill the gap between the current interiors in production cars and luscious interiors of Infiniti's concept cars." That's been materialized through a quilted white leather cabin space with four individual seats hewn "by meticulous craftsmanship and three-dimensional textures." It all looks pretty swank to us, but not the kind of space you'd want to put your kids in with their juice boxes, crayons and dirty soccer uniforms. Check it out in the video clip, high-res images and press release below. This content is hosted by a third party. To view it, please update your privacy preferences. Manage Settings. Apr. 19, 2015 Infiniti unveils Q70L Bespoke Edition at Auto Shanghai; joins Q60 Concept and Q80 Inspiration in show debut - Infiniti Q70L Bespoke Edition revealed with concept-car inspired interior - Q80 Inspiration and Q60 Concept vehicles also make China premieres - Infiniti design, plus Global and China growth, highlighted Hong Kong/Shanghai – Infiniti today took the covers off its Infiniti Q70L Bespoke Edition at Auto Shanghai 2015, showcasing its concept car-inspired interior for the first time in front of the predominantly Chinese crowd. The special version of the production Q70L, with a 5.9-inch (150 mm) longer wheelbase, features four luxurious seats wrapped in rich white quilted leather. This exploration is meant to fill the gap between the current interiors in production cars and luscious interiors of Infiniti's concept cars. Shaped by meticulous craftsmanship and three-dimensional textures, the cabin of the Q70L Bespoke Edition has been transformed into a cossetting space, hinting at how the artistry of Infiniti's concept cars can become reality. The production model of the Infiniti Q70, and two more Infiniti concepts – the Q80 Inspiration and Q60 Concept – were also making Auto Shanghai debuts.

2022 Infiniti QX60 fully revealed with vastly improved design

Wed, Jun 23 2021

After a "concept" was shown last September, the significantly redesigned 2022 Infiniti QX60 has finally been revealed. And inside and out, it's a huge design improvement. It has a more traditional SUV exterior, with a much more modern and luxurious-looking interior complete with an infotainment system from this decade. As expected, the production QX60 looks just like the concept, and that's good in our book. It has a boxier, more confident shape but still with the brand's signature curvy detailing. The new two-tone paint is only available on the top-level Autograph trim, though. Interestingly, the new QX60 has the same wheelbase as the crossover it replaces, though it's overall two inches shorter and about an inch taller. Perhaps not surprisingly, the QX60's interior doesn't seem to have changed in size much. Only cargo space has been announced, and while it has 1.4 cubic feet more space with the third row folded, space is down by between 0.4 and 1.4 cubic feet behind the first row and the third row respectively. Space wasn't really the QX60's interior weakness, though — that was in the extremely dated design. Fortunately, the new model tosses everything from the old one out the window. It now has a low, flowing dash that helps provide a more airy feeling. It has the en vogue full-width air vents. It's particularly fetching in Autograph trim as shown above with semi-aniline quilted leather and open-pore wood trim. The infotainment is updated and features a 12.3-inch touchscreen. It can be matched with an available 12.3-inch instrument screen and a 10.8-inch head-up display. Infiniti has added additional sound-deadening, too, and among the standard features are a panoramic sunroof, three-zone automatic climate control, eight-way power heated seats, wireless Apple CarPlay, wired Android Auto and seating for seven. The Autograph swaps the second-row bench for captain's chairs. Powering the new QX60 is a tried-and-true 3.5-liter V6 making the same 295 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque as before. But, like its cousin the Nissan Pathfinder, it's now connected to a nine-speed automatic transmission, which also bumped towing capacity up to 6,000 pounds. Front-wheel drive is standard with all-wheel drive available on all trim levels. Infiniti says the all-wheel-drive system has been reworked for faster engagement, and it's able to send up to half of the engine's power to the rear wheels.

Infiniti Q50 steer-by-wire system took 10 years to develop [w/video]

Tue, 03 Dec 2013

Infiniti's Direct Adaptive Steering (DAS) is quite a novelty - the system employs no physical connection between the steering wheel and the front wheels under normal circumstances and instead relies on a computer, clutch and steering-angle actuator to guide vehicles down the road with input from the driver.
In our First Drive review of a 2014 Infiniti Q50 equipped with the system, we weren't overly impressed by the artificial feedback. But we can't help but be impressed with how long Infiniti spent on its development: a full 10 years, according to Autoline Daily in the video report below. A staggering 70 percent of the research and development time spent on DAS was devoted to getting the steering feel right, and unfortunately, our first impression suggests their results still leave something to be desired, as we found it lacked the sporty feeling a sport sedan should have.
The weight of DAS is comparable to that of a conventional steering system due to its complexity. For example, three ECUs are used in the first-generation DAS system to ensure there's never a loss of steering, but Infiniti is refining the technology and is working to simplify it to reduce weight. One day Infiniti hopes that only one ECU will be needed to control DAS. We just hope it doesn't take the Japanese automaker another ten years to get the steering feel right.
