2007 Hummer H2 SUT- White/ Black - Automatic - 57,028 softly driven orig. miles, and looks far fewer. Pretty much Dealer serviced or by (Leos Corvettes) a Corvette mechanic/ Hummer Specialist. Has great extras such as: Black rims, 35" tires, Great a/c,a touch screen navigation radio with bluetooth, red floorboard lights, halos, diamond H2 emblems(i do have chrome ones as well & stock tires and rims to chang out if wanted). This car has been greatly cared for and not been taken of road or driven recklessly, NO ACCIDENTS / NO BODY DAMAGE,Its a great car wether you haul items, cruise nights, or just smile at it in the garage. The original White paint has a marvelous new-like shine. The black wheels are clean and the tires have excellent tread, the only flaw with this truck is that on the chrome hubcaps the chrome is chipping off on 2 of them from gong into the carwash. It is unnoticeable unless you're looking at them dead on from less than a foot away, i also have very dark tint on these windows and back windshield. It is illegal tint but i have never been pulled over for it. I also have the top of the windshield tinted also. .The exterior is a solid 9.85 / 10. On the inside, the Black interior still looks, feels, and maintains a fresh crispness. As you can see in the photos, and the flooring has no wear. The door panels, dash, center console, and displays etc. are not marked up. All of the interior buttons / switches ( power windows, door locks, antenna, keyless entry) work without issue. All of the dash cluster gauges are lit and function. The stereo system plays perfect. In the back seat i have the seats folded down and have a huge amp back there which is why i didn't include photos as I'm sure not a lot of people would be interested in seeing that. I will take it out before sold. If you want photos of the back seat feel free to ask as it is in perfect condition as nobody has ever sat back there. The undercarriage is dry, spotless, and rust free too. Inside, it is a 9.7 / 10. Mechanically, it starts and drives smoothly as a "well-oiled" machine should. All of the servicing is up to date - super cold a/c, belts, hoses, fluids all changed / maintained at the proper intervals, The engine compartment is extra clean / dry, and it performs without hesitation. It performs without issue on all levels. I always get compliments wherever I go, people have even stopped and taken photos of her or taken photos of themselves by her and people always say that the color combo is rich and elegant. The next owner will truly love owning this Hummer H2. I do have Basia's H2 on the back in diamonds and that will be removed when the car is bought, i can also include letters with your name if wanted. I understand if you do not want all diamond H2 logos as many men will want this truck i do have the original chrome ones to replace if wanted. This Hummer has been taken care of perfectly as she is my baby. I have had no problems ever and have been very pleased owning this H2. |

Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk and a Final Four of automakers | Autoblog Podcast #723
Fri, Apr 1 2022In this episode of the Autoblog Podcast, Editor-in-Chief Greg Migliore is joined by Consumer Editor Jeremy Korzeniewski. We start out with news on the Lotus Eletre and Ferrari Purosangue. These two high-end crossovers are followed by discussions about the new inline-six engines from Stellantis and an overabundance of Hummer EV orders. Next we try something we've never tried before: ranking automaker blue bloods. We took inspiration from the current NCAA tournament, which features Duke, North Carolina, Villanova and Kansas — very much traditional blue-blood basketball programs — to name our Final Four automakers. Let us know if you agree or disagree with our picks and what your definition of a blue blood car brand is. We wrap up with a discussion about the Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk that Jeremy's been driving all week. Send us your questions for the Mailbag and Spend My Money at: Podcast@Autoblog.com. Which electric cars can charge at a Tesla Supercharger?
Sun, Jul 9 2023The difference between Tesla charging and non-Tesla charging. Electrify America; Tesla Tesla's advantage has long been its charging technology and Supercharger network. Now, more and more automakers are switching to Tesla's charging tech. But there are a few things non-Tesla drivers need to know about charging at a Tesla station. A lot has hit the news cycle in recent months with regard to electric car drivers and where they can and can't plug in. The key factor in all of that? Whether automakers switched to Tesla's charging standard. More car companies are shifting to Tesla's charging tech in the hopes of boosting their customers' confidence in going electric. Here's what it boils down to: If you currently drive a Tesla, you can keep charging at Tesla charging locations, which use the company's North American Charging Standard (NACS), which has long served it well. The chargers are thinner, more lightweight and easier to wrangle than other brands. If you currently drive a non-Tesla EV, you have to charge at a non-Tesla charging station like that of Electrify America or EVgo — which use the Combined Charging System (CCS) — unless you stumble upon a Tesla charger already equipped with the Magic Dock adapter. For years, CCS tech dominated EVs from everyone but Tesla. Starting next year, if you drive a non-Tesla EV (from the automakers that have announced they'll make the switch), you'll be able to charge at all Supercharger locations with an adapter. And by 2025, EVs from some automakers won't even need an adaptor. Here's how to charge up, depending on which EV you have: Ford 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E. Tim Levin/Insider Ford was the earliest traditional automaker to team up with Tesla for its charging tech. Current Ford EV owners — those driving a Ford electric vehicle already fitted with a CCS port — will be able to use a Tesla-developed adapter to access Tesla Superchargers starting in the spring. That means that, if you own a Mustang Mach-E or Ford F-150 Lightning, you will need the adapter in order to use a Tesla station come 2024. But Ford will equip its future EVs with the NACS port starting in 2025 — eliminating the need for any adapter. Owners of new Ford EVs will be able to pull into a Supercharger station and juice up, no problem. General Motors Cadillac Lyriq. Cadillac GM will also allow its EV drivers to plug into Tesla stations.
2022 GMC Hummer EV dimensions, clearances and off-road features explained
Wed, Oct 21 2020There are two things that almost everyone immediately thinks of when they hear the word "Hummer." And they are size and off-road capability. Looking at the numbers on the 2022 GMC Hummer EV, it seems the electric pickup has literal truck loads of each. One of the most prodigious numbers is the truck's width. See those clearance marker lights on the roof? They aren't just there for style, they're required by law due its width. At 86.7 inches, it's just a bit wider than a Ford F-150 Raptor, which is itself 6.4 inches wider than a comparable F-150. The Hummer is also 5.5 inches wider than a GMC Sierra. Length is more reasonable at 216.8 inches, which is much less than a full-size crew cab pickup (a Sierra 1500 is 231.7 inches with its 5-foot-8-inch box or 241.2 with the 6-foot-6 one). It's even 3 inches less than the Raptor SuperCab and only 4.4 inches longer than a GMC Canyon with the standard 5-foot-2-inch box. In other words, the Hummer EV is roughly as long as a midsize pickup but is wider than a heavy-duty one. What does that mean for the cabin? With 38.9 inches of rear legroom, it falls well short of a Sierra Crew Cab's 43.4, but it's important to remember that crew cab pickups have an overkill amount of limo-like legroom. The Hummer's amount is still 3.7 inches longer than a Sierra Double Cab and 3.1 inches longer than a Canyon Crew Cab. Headroom, which was rather pathetic in the old Hummer H2, is 38.6 inches in the back seat – less than both its GMC truck siblings, but not by much. In other words, there should be plenty of space back there. Note that GMC didn't indicate bed length, frunk volume, or importantly, curb weight. We will update this should we find out answers to any of those. Although it's big, the Hummer has plenty of features to make it nimble off road, both traditional and high-tech. One of the primary features is the height-adjustable air suspension, which offers 13 inches of travel and automatically adjusts damping for driving conditions. It has three main levels, a lowered setting for Aero Mode that helps with improving highway energy use, a default height for the normal driving modes, and a higher setting for the off-road Terrain Mode.
