2004 Honda Civic Hybrid with the rare manual transmission, better performance. Car runs well and has been incredibly dependable. It currently has 155+k miles. Gets great gas mileage, over 42mpg average with mixed driving. The hybrid battery is excellent still holding a full charge with no signs of decreased performance. Car has top of the line Michelin tires and also comes with snow tires mounted on separate rims. Exterior is solid, but scratches and small dents do exists around the car. Rust is just starting in a few places with the worst being on the front edge of the hood. Their is also a roof dent where a tree landed, but it does not impact the structure. See photos. Interior is clean. Their are no rips in the seats. Car has all the power options and cruise. The only issue I am having is the AC clutch is apparently seized. I have bypassed it with a shorter belt and the car runs great. New parts are between 50 and 300, pending what is needed, to get the AC going again. This will be a great car for someone who wants a dependable fuel efficient ride. These are widely seen as one of the most reliable used cars available. Runs well, but sold with no warranty expressed or implied. I have owned the car since about 50k and am selling do my business purchase of CMAX Energi. Honda will build 2014 Accord Hybrid in Ohio

Honda has announced that it will invest $23 million in its Marysville, Ohio facility to support production of the upcoming 2014 Accord Hybrid sedan. According to the manufacturer, this means approximately 50 new jobs will be created, and the whole investment will result in a 95,000-square-foot expansion of the Marysville plant.
The Accord Hybrid joins the decidedly homely Accord PHEV (pictured) this fall, using a 2.0-liter i-VTEC Atkinson cycle four-cylinder engine mated to a 124-kilowatt electric motor. Honda has yet to release official power or fuel economy figures for the non-plug-in hybrid version of the Accord.
Honda currently operates four manufacturing facilities in Ohio, with the combined capacity to build up to 700,000 cars and light trucks each year. The Japanese automaker also has a facility in Greensburg, Indiana, where the Civic Hybrid and Acura ILX Hybrid are built.

eBay Find of the Day: 1985 Honda City Turbo II is JDM forbidden fruit you can own

It's always fun to cruise different global eBay Motors sites and check out the cars that we never got here. Thankfully, America's 25-year import limit on cars means that some of the rarities from the 80s are finally legal on these shores. This 1985 Honda City Turbo II is a great example of a fun, little car that we never got new but can be made legal here now.
The City was basically the Japanese company's '80s equivalent of today's Fit, albeit significantly smaller. The little urban runabout was so popular in its basic form that Honda decided to take things up a notch and turbocharge it. That car sold enough to warrant an even higher performance version called the Turbo II, which added an intercooler and the flared fenders you see here. The latter helped it earn the nickname "bulldog" for its boxy, aggressive appearance.
Honda claimed at the time that its little 1.2-liter, turbocharged four-cylinder produced 109 horsepower and 118 pound-feet of torque with a five-speed manual. In a car that weight just 1,620 pounds, you can imagine it was a very entertaining little package.
