1990 Honda Civic Crx Automatic with Air.
This is Nice running, true low milage 85,032 original miles car. this is a base model with AC . The Ac unit is all there . It was charged , worked then stopped working. I believe it has a leak either an o ring or line. the Interior is very nice. the driver seat is a bit worn and has a seat cover on it. This car has not been hacked up with 99 % original parts. the radio is not the original but It is included with the car as I still have it's original Honda am/fm cassette radio. It also has the original book in the glove box with some other minor paper work too. The car runs and drives very good. transmission does not slip or leak. the engine runs very good. will need a oil change and plugs soon. (plugs not nesasary as it runs very well ) it has not been tuned up in 2 years. it has been off the road for a few months and not for any issues related to the car. it will need a new cv joint aprox $75 if you replace it your self . The cv joint is starting to click a bit and not all the time and worth mentioning. the car was garaged most of it's life. the paint is in ok condition but does need some attention. there is some light primered area on both quarter panels as shown . This is a 2 owner car. my friend purchased this in 2010 with 78,000 miles on iot from the original owner as I was told. I have original insurance cards dating back to 1991 from the original owners as recent as 2009 as well. the door jams are in incredible condition with absolutley not a sign of any type of peeling, rust or any nicks either. the carpet under the floor mat driver side is still in amazing condition with hardly any wear at all. this car is in my opnion a diamond in the ruff needing minimal items to put this back to incredible condition. all thou that being said. the car is a 1990 and will be sold as is with no warranty or garanty what so ever. this car also has new cylinders for the back hatch installed, a newer exhaust, a newer radio with cd player. 2 newer front tires. battery was replaced last year. I believe it would be hard to find another in the present condition this one is in. The car is road worthy. all lights ( brake lights too ) and signals work. no lights on the dash or interior. and every gaget works as it should. has it's original led digital clock too . all dash lights work. this has serious potential to be a very nice car without tons of work needed. this is a turn key car. don't miss out , you won't find these like this all the time. like I said lots of potential here. only reason for sale is I found a different car that suites my needs more than this one. Enjoy your day . Shipping is soley up to the winning bidder. I offer pick up of the vehicle only. Please view all pictures.

Why Toyota's fuel cell play is one big green gamble
Mon, Feb 3 2014Imagine going to the ballet on Saturday evening for an 8 pm performance. The orchestra begins warming up shortly before the show, but it turns out the star performer isn't ready at the appointed time. The orchestra keeps playing, doing its best to keep the audience engaged and, most importantly, in the building. It keeps this up until the star finally shows and is ready to dance ... which turns out to be ten years later. That's a Samuel Beckett play. It's also how many observers, analysts, alt-fuel fans and alt-fuel intenders feel about the arrival of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles (FCVs) – the few of them who are still in the building, that is. Toyota's hydrogen development timeline rivals that of the US space program. In fact, within the halls of Toyota alone, research on FCVs has been going on for nearly 22 years, meaning that one company's development timeline for FCVs rivals that of the US space program – it was 1945 when Werner von Braun's team began re-assembling Germany's World War II V2 rockets and figuring out how to launch them into space and it wasn't until 1969 when a man set landing gear down on that sunlit lunar quarry. The development of the atom bomb only took half as long, and that's if we go all the way back to when Leo Szilard patented the mere idea of it, in 1934. Carmakers didn't give up on hydrogen in spite of the public having given up on carmakers ever making something of it, so there was a good chance that hydrogen criers announcing the mass-market adoption of periodic chart element number two one would eventually be right. Now is that time. And Toyota, not alone in researching FCVs but arguably having done the most to keep FCVs in the news, isn't even going to be first to market. That honor will go to Hyundai, surprising just about everyone at the LA Auto Show with news of a hydrogen fuel cell Tucson going on sale in the spring. The other bit of thunder stolen: while Toyota's talking about trying to get the price of its offering down to something between $50,000 and $100,000, Hyundai is pitching its date with the future at a lease price of $499 per month ($250 more than the lease price of a conventional Tucson), free hydrogen and maintenance, and availability at Enterprise Rent-A-Car if you just want to try it out. We've seen and driven Toyota's offering and we all know its success doesn't depend on cross-shopping, showroom dealing and lease sweeteners.
Honda Clarity goes on sale in Japan, but only 200 units a year
Fri, Mar 11 2016Honda has officially started leasing its Clarity hydrogen fuel cell vehicle to select customers in Japan, and the sedan should arrive at a few dealers in California late in the year. Once the model is available in the US, expect the Clarity to be the natural challenger to the Toyota Mirai FCEV. The Clarity boasts an electric motor with 174 horsepower and 221 pound-feet of torque. In Japan's JC08 test, Honda claims the sedan can travel the equivalent of 466 miles, but that evaluation is more lenient than its US equivalent. The automakers expects the sedan to receive an EPA-estimated driving distance of over 300 miles. Prices in Japan begin at the current equivalent of $67,800. However, examples here should retail for around $60,000 and lease for under $500 a month. The Toyota Mirai is similar to the Clarity in major categories, including an EPA range of 312 miles and leases for $499 a month. The two of them should have quite a fight. Honda plans to limit Clarity production to 200 units in Japan for the first year, and only government agencies or businesses can lease them there. After the company collects impressions from these clients, it intends to make the sedan available to individuals. The decision only to lease the Clarity at first evokes the early days at of electric vehicles when companies like General Motors used the strategy to get the EV1 to customers. One thing that could give Honda the edge in the upcoming hydrogen fuel cell battle is its history in the market. The company first offered them with the FCX and later followed up with the FCX Clarity. By this point, the automaker should be well acquainted with the process. Related Video: Honda Begins Sales of All-new Clarity Fuel Cell - Clarity Fuel Cell realizes the world's top-class cruising range among zero emission vehicles of approximately 750 km - TOKYO, Japan, March 10, 2016 - Honda Motor Co., Ltd. today began sales in Japan of its all-new fuel cell vehicle (FCV), the Clarity Fuel Cell. Striving to realize full-fledged popularization of FCVs, Honda created Clarity Fuel Cell as an FCV featuring both a high level of practicality that represents the "universal value" of an automobile and "cutting-edge appeal" that is suitable for a vehicle that is at the forefront of the times. Clarity Fuel Cell is the world's first*1 five-passenger sedan type FCV, realized by making the fuel cell powertrain more compact using original Honda technologies and fitting it entirely under the hood of the car.
Wagon Attack's crappy Civic Wagon meets its end in Iceland
Wed, 11 Dec 2013Several years ago, we posted a video on a dumpy, all-wheel-drive, turbocharged Honda Civic Wagon that starred in a film called Wagon Attack II. The video showed the rusty, red five-door tackling terrain that no Civic has any business driving on, and doing it with flair and style.
Now, the team that produced the original video are back, with Wagon Attack III. The latest video is packed full of goodness for wagon lovers of any stripe. Where the last video saw the turbocharged wagon in Michigan, though, this time it's been shipped to Iceland, where it's flung about on the beaches and dirt roads of the volcanic island.
The video has a bit of a sad ending, though. You'll need to watch it and see what we mean. We've got the entire video down below. Take a look.
