2001 HONDA CR-V EX 4WD
I am pleased to offer this amazing 2001 Honda CR-V EX 4 wheel drive sport utility. The Honda reputation for reliability and practicality is well represented by the CR-V. Being an EX this Honda has many features that are not on the lower level CR-V’s. This Honda is fun to drive and represents one of the best values in 4 wheels drive transportation. The body and paint condition is amazingly nice for its age and miles. The red finish is bright with only slight fade to the top surfaces and does not show any accident damage. The lights and lenses are crystal clear with no cracks or broken pieces. The alloy wheels are clean and the tires are excellent. Most importantly there is no rust. The interior is exceptional showing little to no wear. The seats are free of any rips, tears or premature wear. Special features include power windows, premium sound with CD, power door locks and power mirrors. The A/C blows cold and the oil services are up to date. There is a very comprehensive log of services kept by the original owner and will be included in the sale along with floor mats and owner’s manual. KY bidders will add 6% usage tax and $199 transfer/doc fees. Out of state residents will add $128 to cover title fees, mailing costs, temporary tags, etc. Contact to be made by winning bidder within business 24 hours and a minimum partial payment to be made within 72 hours of auction end. The partial payment is non-refundable, unless we fail to deliver the goods as described. Balance will be due within 7 business days of the close of the auction. Any exceptions to be worked out before the completion of the sale. Auctions ending on a Friday or holiday will be addressed the follow business day. We will be happy to assist the new owner in arranging transportation from our nearby airport, Lexington Bluegrass Field, at no extra charge.

You hear a lot about how the Chevrolet Nova was a sales flop in Mexico because "No va" means "it doesn't go" in Spanish; in fact, the Nova sold pretty well south of the border, and in any case most Spanish-speakers know that "Nova" means "new" in Latin and Portuguese. However, General Motors doesn't deserve to be let off the hook for bad car names, because the Oldsmobile Achieva— no doubt inspired by the excruciating "coffee achievers" ads of the 1980s— scrapes the biggest fingernails down the screechiest chalkboard in the US-market car-name world. That is, unless you think Daihatsu's incomprehensible choice of Charade was worse. Meanwhile, Japanese car buyers could get machines with cool names like Mazda Bongo Friendee or Honda Life Dunk. In presenting the Civic coupe concept at the New York Auto Show earlier this month, Honda confirmed that the Type R will eventually be coming to North America. Honda just didn't say when, and in what form. But given the announcement's coincidence with the coupe concept's unveiling, it stands to reason the Type R could look less like the current hatchback and more like the two-door that was unveiled. And if it is, it'd probably look something like this. At least, we hope. Created by Wild-Speed.com and posted on the enthusiast forums at CivicX.com, these renderings envision what a Type R version of the Civic concept would look like – with two doors and all the go-fast bits. It may not be bright green anymore, but it sure looks mean – from the aggressive aero kit to the performance rolling stock. It's even got quad exhaust tips like the Euro-market hot hatch, but mounted in the center like the concept's.
