The winning bidder of this auction is entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the above described vehicle as per standard eBay Motors rules. Car is to be sold in "As Is" condition. Please feel free to e-mail with any questions you may have. Pre-bidding vehicle inspections are welcome.

Payment

Acceptable payment methods include – Cash, Wire transfer, or bank certified check. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before placing your bid. The successful high bidder will submit an initial non-refundable down payment of $1000 within 24-hours via PayPal, bank wire (request instructions from seller), or bank certified check. The Buyer agrees to pay the full balance due within five (5) business days of the close of the auction. Payment for the balance can be made by bank wire transfer, bank certified check, or cash. Funds must be in US dollars only and all financial transactions must be completed and verified by Sellers bank before the release of the vehicle to Buyer.

The Buyer will be responsible for any and all applicable state and local fees, including title and registration fees in the state in which the vehicle is to be registered.

Shipping

If the buyer wishes the to ship the vehicle the buyer is responsible for making all shipping arrangements and all charges associated therewith. We will assist the buyer with scheduling vehicle shipment and if needed, "temporary" short term storage is available until shipping/pickup can be arranged. We assume no responsibility should any damages be incurred after the vehicle is picked up by the buyer or the buyers shipping carrier. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received and verified before the vehicle is released to the buyer’s shipping carrier.
