All listing will have a scanned copy of the title in the listing unless the consigning NPO organization requires a new title issued to you.

A: All titles and supporting documents are sent certified through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and can be followed at www.usps.com; you will receive a tracking number once the title is sent. International documents will be sent through international certification.

A: You can have the vehicle inspected any time during the active listing by yourself or a professional 3^rdparty inspector.

A: Used vehicle conditions are subjective, the vehicles are available for your or a professional inspection at all times during the active listing.

Q: Can I donate my old RV, Boat or Car?

A: yes, you can and it does not have to be running.

Q:Can I hear the vehicle run?

A: Yes, in most cases we take a video of the vehicle running, unless the vehicle is stated as a non running vehicle, which will be clearly stated in the listing.

Q: How long can I keep my vehicle at your location after it has been paid for?

A: The vehicle can be stored for 14 days after the end of the listing at no cost to you.

Q: Can I arrange extra storage?

A: Yes, the vehicle can be stored at our secured facilities for up to a maximum of two months (60) days at $175.00 per month payable at the time of purchase. Afterwards the vehicle will be sold at lien sale and the proceeds given to charity.

Q:Can you assist my transporter when they arrive at your location?

A: Yes, the vehicle will only be released to your authorized transporter, for added security we require an email from you authorizing your transporter to pick up your vehicle; the vehicle will not be released without proper authorization. We will photograph or video the pick up to make sure your transporter is taking the utmost care when transporting your vehicle.

Q:Can you assist me with my international transport?

A: Yes we can, as we have over 15 years experience in international vehicle transactions and transportation, we can help expedite the entire process by providing your transporter or shipping agent with the proper documentation for export.

Q:Can I get picked up at the airport?

A: Yes, a volunteer will pick you up at the Ontario International airport located in Ontario California. We cannot pick up at any other airport. Please inform us prior to your flight arrival.
